Norwich: My family is full of losers. What do you think I should do?
Sorry for writing so much, I tend to get carried away when I write.
I'm 17 and a guy. I'm turning 18 in May and once I do, I'm going to start working to move out of my house. I can't stand my family. My honest opinion of them is that they are losers. Nobody has any hobbies and they sit around complaining all the time. Both of my parents dropped out of high school when they were younger. My dad ended up going back, but still doesn't have a real job. My mom tried to go back, but apparently they wouldn't let her. Now she's in her 40's complaining about how she can't go back despite the fact that she could since she just spends her time sitting ar... 22 Nov 08, 07:11:26
Norwich: Do you think that the local RSPCA or kennels need free help?
I am 14 years old and although I have an active routine through the day, on some days I have plenty of spare time. Do you think the locals kennels or RSPCA will need help looking after the animals? Is there any particular things I need to know or be capable of?
I'll mention that I live with and around a variety of animals and have no allergies etc. Also, I don't mind working in all weather and I'm used - and don't mind doing the dirty jobs!
Thanks to all who give an answer, FTootie... 22 Nov 08, 06:11:23
Norwich: Who thinks we should take turns being President just to be fair ?
Next up would obviously be a Hispanic, then an Asian, then who knows? Maybe a homosexual could be king for a day, then a transgendered person, then a witch, then maybe we could let animals have a try, just to be fair?
I mean since we've determined that qualifications aren't important, why not?
No legal US birth? no problem!
No experience? no problem!
No cohesive thoughts in your little head? no problem!
No real job in your entire life? no problem!
No real idea what this country is supposed to stand for? No problem!
Absolutely no concern for what your policies do to the country? No problem!
And yes, I'm including our current President in this, as IMHO, he was the big... 22 Nov 08, 03:11:25

Ok so basically my girlfriend of 2 years suddenly broke up with me 2 days ago...
She has been going through a lot lately, she is young and may have to work 2 jobs to help her mother pay the mortgage on their new house they are getting, they are all leaving their step father who has been there since she was about 4 and moving to a completely different area away from all her friends. Add to that the fact that her step father refused to get a job and clean, so she has to do all the work, and add to the fact that he treats everyone like dirt..I can kind of understand this. Her explanation Wednesday was I love you, But i don't know if I am in love with you...and that she has been feelin... 22 Nov 08, 12:11:30

I realize it's kinda long. Thanks in advance for reading and replying.
Shadows crept silently in the soft light cast by the partial moon that hung low in a star strewn sky. A cool breeze whispered through the trees, causing the traveler walking the rough trail through the forest to be wary. The forest was unnaturally quiet without any sounds from the usual night creatures, casting a sense of foreboding around the area. It seemed all of the animals had fled for fear of something happening.
The trail was barely visible, even when it was daytime, so the traveler was at a great disadvantage. The cloaked figure kept to the shifting shadows, a hood casting his face in darkness. Clouds ... 21 Nov 08, 10:11:59
