I'm 19 years old, and I attend at an art college. I've been here for a year now and I am happy being here. I know people keep saying that I should just go on and get a degree, but...I never saw myself going to college for a few reasons. I pretty much been the person who always like to draw and tinker with other things on my own, in other words, I enjoy teaching myself on my hobbies.

I want to try to take on my first job... I live in Elizabeth, NJ...
Any ideas on where I could start looking?
I've been to snagajob, monster, yahoo hotjobs.. the local mall.. local downtown.. and idk just can't seem to get a job.. or interview at that.
any other ideas/suggestions?

I'm majoring in Computer Science..
and the industrial park usually requires applicants to be 18+
as with ALOT of jobs here...
Should I just try putting that i AM 18?...

I am living with this guy who is years older than me and we are planning on getting married. I am a student in school and he is on SSI. Right now I work a part time job and go to school everyday, and take care of my daughter. Newquay: My friend is pissing me off...what to do with him?
So there's this guy I know and we've been friends since high school. He's a really fun dude to hang out with, but the bad thing about him is that he's a bum. He doesn't have a job and hasn't had one for at least 7-8 months. When I ask him why, he always tells me that it's because the economy is terrible (he's only 18 years old!), which is complete BS. He's just too lazy to look. He also doesn't have a car.

I am a college student and i have been in a relationship with a girl that goes to my school for almost 6 months. Things have been good and i really care for her.
