I'm 18 and completely miserable all the time..I've been feeling like this for years now and really don't know what to do about it because I've been bottling it up and now I feel worse than ever.. What should I do??

London: What's a good song to describe a scene from an adventure book?
For my book report, I read Brisingr ( in the same series as Eragon and Eldest), and now, as part of my report I have to choose a song that best suits or descirbes a scene from that book. As extra credit (and for fun) I'm making a movie trailer for it, and so, I'd be using the same song throughout that.
Brisingr is a pretty epic book, with a lot of battles, but it's full of deep emotions too, such as love, loathe, anxiety, adrenaline, excitement, feelings of protection and care for people (and dragons) and also, feelings like acceptance, surprise, and thrilling.
So, hopefully those words gives you ideas for songs. If you've read any of the books, Eragon, Eldest or ...

I had an account on YA for almost three years. I had 30% best answer. I admit it,
I made a lot of mistakes...violations of TOS. But I didn't even appeal those, since
I knew that I was wrong and didn't bother. However, I started getting deletions
repeatedly for posts/questions that I was *certain* I hadn't violated TOS. Someone
told me that I could have a reporter troll somewhere in my network, so I deleted
fans and contacts alike and closed my entire profile down. I continued to get
violation notices. I read and re-read the TOS and found it to be vague - stating that
if anyone took offense to anything I've said, anything at all, I could be in violation....

London: How do I prove to my best friend that I care about her and everything she does and that she can trust me?
And how can I learn to control what I say?
I always blurt things out, trying to be funny, and it hurts her feelings without me knowing it.
She thinks I don't care about her sport but I do, but she goes on a lot and I can't keep up with all the numbers.
Also, I recently said they heart eachother and stupid stuff about the guy she likes when she talked about running into eachother and her day. I gave it away who she likes, and she doesn't trust me anymore.
We just got OVER a fight and I'm terrible at being a best friend.
I don't know how to keep her as my BFF....
