Hello, Well long story short. I am interested in becoming a Veterinary Technician aka Vet Tech. Growing up i had my mind set on becoming a vet. Now its reality. To become a Vet it is 8Yrs plus. I just cant wait that long or do that many years. So the second thing down would be a Vet Tech which from what i have heard is half the years. To get to the point i have a few question.
1. How many years of collage to become a Vet Tech?
2. What does a Vet Tech exactly do?
3. Whats the difference from a Vet and a Vet tech?
4. Do you get to interact with the animals as much as per say a vet would?
5. Last but not least, is it a fun and well worth it job?

So, I've been a vegetarian since my freshman year of high school...and now I'm a junior. (So, a little over 2 years). I became a vegetarian because I love animals, and I saw a video and pics of slaughterhouses.
I like being a vegetarian because I love animals, but I've run out of things to eat and substitute, and I don't feel healthy. My parents make stuff for them only and I don't get home from my job and school until late at night & I get stuck making something quick and easy.
