Lincoln: How can I make a mail merge recipients list into a word document?
I started working at my job 6 months ago and the assistant before me made a mail merge with all my boss's clients in it and it can only be used with making labels and invoices. We are trying to create a christmas letter mailing list and I cant find the source of the recipeints list anywhere on the computer. Is there a way to get the mail merge recipients box (that looks like this: http://helpdesk.ua.edu/images/mailmerge/... ) into just a regular word document so I can then use that list into another new mail merge document? Thanks!...

Lincoln: My Panasonic Toughbook CF-27 Won't run on batteries?
Whenever I unplug it from the mains it immediately dies and I can't turn it on until I plug it back in. It would only sometimes do this before but it's made a full-time job of it now. I'm pretty good with computers but I'm not sure why this is happening. It seems to happen to many of the laptops I own. Of all the laptops to develop a fault I really wasn't expecting it to be a Toughbook!
