Lincoln: What is Seattle's job market as of now?
Me and my girlfriend would like to move out of Nv. The job market really sucks here, and the unemployment rate is just as bad. We were thinking somewhere in the Seattle area. At least within a 20 mile distance. She's a Med. Asst. And I've got quite a bit of admin exp. Is the unemployment rate up there bad or good? I'd really be greatful to any locals or anyone that knows. Hi all, I have just started a new job as a researcher (market research), after a year of working on two business magazines as a staff writer.
I am feeling very confused because even though I have only been at this new job a few days and the learning pace is very gentle, I feel exhausted and emotionally drained. When I started, I had another newbie colleague as well, and I am starting to have negative thoughts that she is doing better than me - she seems to remember things we were told that I don't, gets what our colleagues are talking about while I'm still lagging behind, and just seems to be catching on faster.
