I'm in California. I've been in school (at night) taking Early Childhood Education classes - and have earned 15 units (but lack one class for the 12 units needed for the first certificate)
I've been working in the high tech corporate world as an assistant for 20 years, and now I would like to get into education.
Recently, because of the economy, the executive search firm where I am employed cut my hours from 40 to 24. I am now available to work in a preschool or elementary school on Mondays and Tuesdays or every day in the mornings until 12:30.

I have an interview tomorrow at an oil company. They have multiple positions available but I am going for two in particular. The first one is a day shift for $14/hr (in which it clearly states). The second is for an OVERNIGHT shift and the pay description is as follows: This long term opportunity pays up to 18.00/hr depending on experience.
* If they are the EXACT same job, just different shift...do you think that it will be more than $14/hr? Does it mean they will pay me atleast $16-18/hr for taking on the overnight shift?

Hi folks. I am in dire need of a job on line or close to Westernhills Ohio/ Cincinnati. I have had one heck of a few months, I just had to put my dog to sleep, and had an etopic pregnancy that caused me to have to get fired from my other job with all the medical issues I was having. I work with a lady who is the biggest narcissist! I seriously think she has a disorder. I have worked with her for 2 years. My boss absolutely loves her, but I can't stand her. I have tried explaining this to my boss, but she is totally not seeing what I am telling her. This lady belittles me, talks to me like I am 5. Lincoln: BPD related rage and aggression - can simple anger managment treat it even if its deep rooted?
years ago i was diagnosed with BPD personality disorder and ptsd traits to.
iam now 31 and rage and aggression have been the number 1 chronic problem in my life.
i feel the rage comes from years of abuse, taunts, being victimised and being bullied, where anger was built up and stored up for many years because it wasnt addressed properly at the time.
i was a sensitive soft adolescent and never stood up to my victimisers. this is where i let them bully me and anger went internal for many years.
