Lincoln: How do I present a case of clinical depression to edd?
I started a new job in marketing, I was doing great.I caught on real quick, they offered me my own territory within 1 1/2 mos. I was the super girl, everyone was amazed.I fell into a clinical depression, because of a number of life changing events. My supervisor knew of my problems as did her supervisor, and all my co-workers. I was fired because my job Performance. I filed for edd, and was denied. I filed an appeal, which I'm waiting for a date.Any suggestions on how to present my case. I have alot of documentation re: Dr.'s appts,medications,and hospital. Please help!!!...

Lincoln: Rib makes cracking noise ?
probably a month ago I was in the car with my girlfriend and I was leaning my ribs over the center consul while makin out with her for a while. The next day my lower left rib at the edge was sore to touch. I just thought i bruised a rib. So the next few days went by and the pain died off and recently for a few weeks now the pain came back. the pain isnt bad now but when some times when I press down on my lower left rib i hear a cracking noise. I got really concerned and thought maybe it wasn't a bruised rib but I don't think its my stomach cos the pain is on the surface. so i know this sounds ridiculous but I have a mexican boyfriend who got deported a little over a year ago. We were together 2 years before he got deported. Well for some reason we just didnt give up on our relationship. Me and my daughter's father are about to be going through a custody dispute. A little background. I have been her primary caregiver since she was born. Her father has come and gone out of her life so frequently. He has disowned his parents along with his brother and sister because they didn't want to keep my daughter in time out when they would come to visit. Everyone's telling me to decide what I want to study at university, but I don't know what degree would be best because I don't know what I want to do in life. I'm studying the IB (International Baccelaureate), so I can basically pick any subject I like as long as I get good IB grades, I'm not restricted by what subjects I took before.

I need help. A family member of mine has a felony (child support issues). He has totally changed for the better and is now seeking employment.
