Lincoln: I need someone with some expertise or experience in the field of court ordered support. (child and spousal)?
My ex is refusing to get a job and pay his child support. Unfortunately the state of Oregon is a little slow on the enforcement, so I will have to wait and see what happens. He is also ordered to pay me spousal support, and though the division of child support has agreed to rout the money to me if he offers to pay, they will not enforce that order. I want to know what I can do to 'motivate' him to get up off of his butt and get a job. I know he is surviving off of his parents (they don't give a damn about any of this) and he is probably selling drugs or doing something under the table so the state cant take the money from him. Im really at a loss on how to get this done....

Lincoln: She cut me off a month and a half ago, I need to know what happened?
Ok, this is a long story that has happened in a short period of time. I met the sister of a friend about four months ago and we instantly connected. She lives in a different city but my family happens to live in the same city as her, and her parents live in the same city as me. She was obviously very excited to date me, and I know this because she introduced me to all her friends, and talked to her family about me. Both her and I visited each other a few times over the next three months, and talked on the phone and sent each other sweet and/or sexy txt messages on a daily basis. She quit her job while all this and at some point I suggested that she just move to my city and find a job ...

Lincoln: My SIL is selfish and mean, help!?
Okay, here is my background story. My SIL and my hubby are only 10 months apart. They are the only 2 kids in their family. Growing up my hubby's grandparents played a little bit of favorites with the 2 and they favored him. Their parents treated them both very equally and always have. My SIL loves to have attention on her at all times and is a selfish girl. She is married and just had a baby. We were happy for them that they had a kid, but now things are starting to get ugly. MY hubby and I are currently TTC. No one knows about this. When we are around her she is constantly talking about the labor and the birth and when she was pregnant and blah blah blah. Every t...

Lincoln: How can I make a mail merge recipients list into a word document?
I started working at my job 6 months ago and the assistant before me made a mail merge with all my boss's clients in it and it can only be used with making labels and invoices. We are trying to create a christmas letter mailing list and I cant find the source of the recipeints list anywhere on the computer. Is there a way to get the mail merge recipients box (that looks like this: http://helpdesk.ua.edu/images/mailmerge/... ) into just a regular word document so I can then use that list into another new mail merge document? Thanks!...

Lincoln: Are you working Christmas Day?
Merry Christmas Twas’ the night before Christmas And all through the boat The chance of going home Seemed quite remote The crew was all ready Their bags were all packed The go ahead from the super Was all that they lacked Then from the stern There came such a clatter I looked out my porthole To see what was the matter A crewboat was coming It’s engine a roar Carrying supplies for the job And personnel from shore All hands were on deck And with hope they believed That someone was onboard So they could be relieved On came a welder a diver 2 tenders a cook All others must stay on You should have seen the look They knew they were stuck For the res...

Lincoln: Would you be willing to donate to someone who's in a rut?
Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl living with my mom, step-dad, and two younger half sisters (ages 8 and 11). The eight year old is turning 9 on December 5th 2008. We don't have any extra money to buy gifts, let alone clothing for the family. I currently go to a community college full time. I just graduated High School in June of 2008, I'm a first generation high school graduate. I work a full time and a part time job as a cashier at two different places. I help my family out as much as possible, we've been in a rut since I was around ten. I remember giving my paper route money to my mom so she could pay the electric, gas, or phone bills, monthly. Buying one roll of toilet p...
