Leeds: Is there anyone else besides me who thinks that having a pap smear really hurts?
Today i went to a gynecologist to have a pap smear done and it was painful for me. It felt so painful that the doctor could not finish giving me the exam. I asked her to stop it because it was really hurting me. I can't go through with this again. I guess it hurted so much because i am still a virgin. Everyone who has had a pap smear says that it does not hurt. Am i just the only one who feels that does? And does having a pap smear feels like sex? Because if it does, i don't care to ever it....

Leeds: Taking my shirt off in public?
I don't know why but I am so unbelievably shy to be without a shirt in public. Up until the age of 15, I would swim with my shirt on and now at 22 years of age, I take it off when it is absolutely necessary or will make excuses not to swim so I can leave my shirt on. I am for the part skinny, pretty lean, I am not ripped, far from it but I am still skinny. Yes I know building myself builds confidence with this sort of fear but these things do not happen overnight. Leeds: Weight Loss in Teens?
I wanted to go on a diet, it's not exactly the best, but I don't care. So, Don't tell me it's unhealthy or whatever.
I'm going to eat yogurt or some kind of fiber cereal for breakfast.
Salad and some kind of fruit or vegitable for Lunch.
Salad, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, and some kind of fruit or vegitable.
Anytime I get hungry or thirty inbetween, I'm going to drink Water or Apple Juice.
I'll also start trying to do more exceresses to the one's I already do. Hopefully I'll start walking at nightime for twenty minutes.
I already due 70 crunches, 15 sit ups, 30 side crunches (15 left 15 right), 25, all kinds of stretches for my legs...

Leeds: How to afford Board!?
I'm going to get a horse next year, and I believe I have all of the upfront costs as well as enough for emergency vet care already. However, I know there's a LOT lot lot more cost to a horse than the initial purchase. So I was planning to board at my current stable where I ease, take lessons, and where I learned to ride. The monthly board there is $300, with great facilities. Indoor arena and all.I already know how I'm going to get $175 of it no problem at all.
