Kings Lynn: how to lose the excess baby weight?
I had my baby 5 months ago and have dropped my calorie intake but don't have time to exercise with 2 jobs, the baby and a six year old. I need an effective diet pill to stimulate my weight loss, but don't know what to take. I used ephedra with my first baby (successfully) but now it's off the market. A friend mentioned one that's now medically approved (not alli) but I don't remember what she said. I need to lose 30 pounds.... 04 Dec 08, 02:12:29
Kings Lynn: What is the law school appl process like?
Career-wise, law attracts me because it's able to offer alot of benefits. A few things on my mind though has been bugging me. These are just hunches that makes me rethink about everything
First, where does the money come from? A year in its around 40 grand. Does fiancial aid even cover half that much ?
Second, what would the job market look like coming out of a non-T-14 law school ? I get alot of comments that lawyers get alot of flack for not going to a recognizable name
Third, what kind of scores is decent enough to get into a top 40 school (outside of T-14) ?... 04 Dec 08, 02:12:33
Kings Lynn: two rental properties, need to sell, what to do?
I have two rental properties, both duplexes, in the same city (about 8 miles from each other). I live in one of the buildings, the other one I lived in previously. For a variety of reasons, I need to sell one or both of these properties. I am trying to relocate, but can't manage these properties from afar. I make NEG cash flow on each of them as it is, so an expensive management property is not the answer. I am overwhelmed and exhausted with prepping the units, dealing with entering tenant units, etc.. I am a single woman with a full-time job and handling this entirely on my own. I know, I know...I signed up for this, but I did not sign up for the drop in property value that I ha... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:23

Kings Lynn: I don't want to pay for an education whose curriculum was not current w/the job market. Help!?
Heald in Oakland, CA told me that the course was part of that course program (WP/Secretary) and that it couldn't be changed. If I wanted the more recent PC course (MS), I'd have to transfer to another program. I wasn't interested in that program. I don't feel I should have to pay the WHOLE amount for the program. How can I specify that the PC program (Displaywrite 2) was not current w/the job market? Please advise me what I should do.... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:44
Kings Lynn: Whats all the screaming about the BIG 3 all about?
We have our priorities all screwed up --- it is not the BIG 3 that is to blame, it is the mortgage companies and banks that got us into this mess. At least the BIG 3 make jobs, all the banks and mortgage companies do is make money out of thin air and keep us in debt.
o $800 billion to support mortgage consumer debt
o $100 billion for Fannie Mae
o $100 billion for Freddie Mac
o $150 billion for Stimulus package (from January)
o $8 billion for Indymac
o $29 billion for Bear Stearns
o $ 700 billion for Wall Street ( Bank of America; Merrill Lynch, City Group, JP Morgan, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo; Wachovia, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs...)
o $143.8 Billion for AIG ( which keeps ... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:55

Kings Lynn: Massage therapy school & career?
I am going to be going to school for massage therapy in March of next year. I know a lot of people say make sure it's what you want because it's a demanding job, but that's not my issue...I very much enjoy the art of natural healing and making people feel good. I'd like to hear from people that are already in the profession. When you first get out of school is it easy to find work?? Especially with the economy right now, is it still a profitable business?? My dream first job as a massage therapist would be on a cruise ship! But I'd like to eventually be partnered with a chiropracter's office and/or have my own business.
Just would like to hear som... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:31
