Jersey: Is Sean Hannity trying to destroy America?
I really think he is trying to terrify America and convince them that their country will fail. I can't count how many people here who are saying they will lose their jobs, and companies will go overseas, that their guns will get taken away, and whatever nonsense this fool makes up. I honestly think he wants to destroy this country! They talk about markets looking forward when he is doing everything possible in his power to cause some kind of panic to make sure Obama can't do a better job than Bush and make all the lies of FOX and the Republican party pundits very obvious! Do you agree? If Obama can improve the economy even SLIGHTLY it will prove that everything neoc...

Jersey: Am I a little bit pushy?
Recently, I spotted a suitable job. Then, I asked my recruiter to contact that firm on my behalf. My recruiter replied to me that he had spoken to the HR director and would discuss me with her in detail soon. Immediately after his reply, I found another suitable job. Given the tough labor market, I thought I should try as much as possible to increase my possibility of success. Thus, I sent an email to my recruiter and asked him to contact the second firm on my behalf as well. Till now, I have not got his reply yet. I think maybe I am a little bit pushy about job seeking and have made my recruiter feel uncomfortable. If it is, what can I do to alleviate this kind of discomfort. Will I just ke...

Jersey: I need advice on salesmanship. Any advice for a beginner in sales? ?
OK so I just started a new job with a an outsourcing company who helps promote various companies. I have been assigned to Direct TV satellite service. I pretty much get people to sign up for Direct TV. I don't go door to door, we are assigned a location each day. They send us to Best Buys, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Fry's Electronics, Costco and so on. It consists of a direct marketing sales approach, we establish relationships with customers. Anyways I need advice on how would I approach customers, perhaps some scenarios would help, I would also like perhaps some examples of sales pitches you might think would work or that you have done through your experience. Any a...

Jersey: Divorce, need one, but what are my options? ?
Im married w/2 little boys. Im a usualy a very optomistic person who always takes control of her life. But i find im very unhappy, ok, miserable in my marriage. I just go along with it but he knows im not happy and he says he is which im sure... He drinks a lot, I think he is bi polar (not making a joke) and I just never met someone so wild, iresponsible, and just nutts as him. Not to put him down lol. I know there are two sides to every story but god if you only see what I see (and many others) Anyhow I pretty much gave up on making it work since we are complete opposites and it will be impossible to build a life with this person. Im just biding my time, but its hard. Not to be mean, but we...

Jersey: How does a stay at home mom re-enter the work force?
I have stayed at home with my children for the past 10 years. Right now does not at all seem like a good time to try to re-enter the job market but I have little choice as my husband lost his job after 23 years and we will lose income no matter what we do. I am trying to figure out how to address my employment history. I am only 31 so I have very little history - just the jobs I had in high school and college. I have a bachelors degree in business management. Should I return to school? Should I list stay at home mom on the application to explain the gap or just leave the gap? I'm not sure how to even start....

Jersey: What is the pay for KMart Loss Prevention?
I have a job interview for LPA on monday, and my question is what would the hourly pay rate be? I've worked for Acme Markets for 4 yrs as a meat dept clerk and have dealt with doing inventory, and daily throwout logs. I'm fully aware what shrink is, and have been trained about how to prevent it. I left there making $11.00 an hour, but was only part time (like 30-35 hrs a wk.) I've worked as a full time casino security guard (for the past yr.) at 11.00 hr, due for a 50 cent raise this mo. (40 hrs a wk). On k-mart's site it said the pay went from 9.65-11 starting. So if i were to get hired, do u think it's likely that they'd start me off at 11? The LPM I spo...
