Jersey: Becoming a Chef vs. a Photographer?
I've been indecisive about what I want to do with my life my WHOLE life. All through grade school and high school, it was a different idea every month. I was supposed to go to a private college in MIchigan, but when my parent's jobs transferred to Arizona, I decided to go to ASU to stay close to them. I could NOT cut it at such a ridiculously large school, so I dropped out. Since then I've gotten married, my husband is in the Army and was sent to Korea for a year. I've been going to a community college, and i hate it. I just really hate going to school. I graduated high school with high honors, in NHS, with gold cords...I just don't know what the problem is. ...

Jersey: (Off topic question I know but) If I cook good enough to be a chef and im good with people why do I need.....?
experience to be a fine dining server ? I mean i know it's not easy but you can easily teach someone what to do in less than a week( by friend that are GOOD waiters). All im saying is as long as I know my food n wine n customer service n look presentable i should be able to get a server job without having to be a busser . I make my own spaghetti carbonara from scratch and love wine and I cant even get a waiter job at olive garden without 6 months experience ? Thats a joke. What do yall think, what should i do or say to the manager to become a server ? PS: I wanna be a chef but I dont have the money to go to culinary school . So im trying to get a server job and work my ### off to ge...

Jersey: I'm working in a pub as the chef, and I'm now 12 weeks pregnant...?
The pub is almost out of money as it is, and I don't believe they will be able to keep me working for them if they have to pay me maternity pay. I won't be returning back to the job, so I don't know whether it's best to just quit when I've had enough and receive a different type of pay, or run the risk of them agreeing and then not paying me. It's driving me mad!...

Jersey: What manager would you marry?
Would you like to marry A) Arsene Wenger- he would be faithful and loyal and back you to the end, he is great at raising kids, he is known to be a great cook and even was a special celebrity chef for Tottenham Hotspur before their last game of the 2005-2006 season and if you choose to cheat on him its alright because he “didn’t see a thing”….however hes really stingy so birthday and christmas…..so if your into your shopping forget it! B) Sir Alex Ferguson- A really moany old alcoholic man but he is very good at what he does, however he is also loyal but he tends to go into drunken states of rage where he has been shown to physically attack you, even though he is old he can kic...
