Italy: Legal council for job promise!?
Yes I was promised a great job for a very large company. I am not qualified for the position but I was to get the job because of who I know. All I ever received was emails telling me on what to do and where to go. I have not met anyone in over two months but I do get email confirmations stating that they are trying to work something out. I have saved all my emails from two people. If this becomes as a fraud can I take legal actions? I have not paid for anything and it seemed (at the time) very promising. Now that is has been so long and still have not started work can I take any actions?... 22 Nov 08, 04:11:39
Italy: i'm seeking legal advice for a potential wrongful termination lawsuit?
severely long story short, one month ago i was working as a teller in a bank until a large sum of money came up missing from my drawer, which the bank immediately fired me for prior to any investigation. since then, i have given statements and have been cleared by a polygraph test showing that i didn't take the money, nor did i have any knowledge as to what happened to it. the investigator told me that i will no longer be considered a suspect, and that the investigation was moving on to other employees. meanwhile, i've still lost my job, i've been denied unemployment, and now my odds of being approved for financing to buy a new home are practically nonexistent (my home was ... 22 Nov 08, 03:11:18
Italy: Putting a lien on the parents home?
I was involved in a traffic accident where the person who hit me (at fault) is 35, uninsured, no job, living with her parents who 100% support her. I want to put a lien on the parents home for the damage I have to pay for my vehicle ($8,000).
I risk the parents could try to sue me for a frivolous lien.
My legal argument is: the daughter would inherit the property when the parents die, she has rights to the parents estate.
***I did find that if I was hit by an unemployed house wife who had no assets of her own, but was supported by her husband and lived in the husbands house, I could put a lien on his house. In this situation the parents are incense the husband.

Italy: Is there any legal action I can/should take for this? ?
I worked at a family owned restaurant from Oct 05 to the summer before I went away to college (August 07), then I would come back and work during breaks, like fall break, Thanksgiving, Christmas..anytime I was home. Recently, while I was at school and two weeks after I had worked at the restaurant, the owner sold the restaurant to new owners. I was informed after I tried to get put on the schedule that I was no longer employed there under these new people, when my other co-workers were still employed, but apparently were fired , asked to fill out new applications, and were re-hired . I, on the other hand, was not asked to re-apply, because they were not hiring at the ti... 22 Nov 08, 03:11:24
Italy: Plez help! I'm really worry and so anxious I can't concentrate.?
My worries right now mainly evolve around money. I work for a private company as a seasonal employee at Six Flags. We closed Nov 9th for the season. I'm still awaiting my paycheck to be mailed to me, it's been almost two weeks and it still hasn't come. I have a bill to pay, so I called one of my bosses today and she said that they should mailed out tonight, so I'm hoping that I get my last check either tomorrow or Monday. I have a feeling I it will get lost in the mail and starting to think that I'll never get paid. I have another job right now figure modeling on campus. Payments are direct deposit, I started working there Nov. 12th. It took a while for my pa... 22 Nov 08, 12:11:59

Why is this girls father and her friends allowing a head teacher to take a student out of her classes disrupting her education simply as she died her hair blonde... not even punky multi colour and even if she did so what? how is it effecting her maths or history or disrupting anything and sure ain’t bullying.
Why are they not forcing though threats or pain or legal action the students right to learn if she wants to regardless of how she looks as long as she wants to learn, does not bully or unjustly disrupt the class.?
Why not pin the h... 22 Nov 08, 12:11:32
Italy: New Mexico Signature Loans - Question?
I took a signature loan out about 3 years ago through a small loan company. I lost my job after wards and was not able to pay so they sued me. Instead of going through the courts I borrowed money to pay off the loan which now had a balance of 350.00. I paid 200 and they took it but I still owed more. Well after a few weeks they said to come in, get 75.00 and refinance since I didn't have the rest still. Like a dumb *ss I did it. Well every time I have been late they have been having me go in and sign new contracts renewing or refinancing my loan and 3 years later I owe them more then 600.00 because they keep raising my borrowed amount so I can refinance. Even though I only borrowed 150.... 21 Nov 08, 11:11:28
