What can you do about guilt? nothing?... I did something i thought i would never do and i lost a part of me and i hurt the person i care the most about. It eats away at both of us everyday. Sometimes i just get very fed up and need something to make me feel better about myself, But mostly i need some way of making him feel better.

Italy: christmas surprise for girlfriend?
Hey guys, I need some advice.
I've been going out with my girlfriend for 7 and a half months now, and I really think I'm in love with this girl.
Lately, it seems like she's getting fed up with me more often, she's been hanging out with friends more, but I know she still loves me.
I just want to prove to her that I really care and bring that spark back, with a nice Christmas surprise or gesture.
I'm already buying her a sweatshirt, but I want to do something extra to make her heart melt.
I don't have a TON of money, I'm 17 years old, so I'm somewhat limited, any ideas on how to show her I care?

I am super depressed.
I am slightly overweight according to my BMI. But I don't care about that really, its my body composition that matters. I have been so obsessed with losing weight ever since I was 8 years old that I feel like I have ruined my life because of it. I have never been able to just be happy and I keep fluctuating weight, up and down by like 20lbs a few times these past couple years. To be more specific i just graduated high school and i am interested in something with medicine in the military. I want to have a medical job where i can go overseas, like working on bases and doing basic nurse care.
