I have a high level of education. I have a ton of money in my bank account, and I just graduated from college. I am have a permanent and secure job. I look pretty good, and I got a sculpted body. I am 27. All the women in my phone include my mom and women I work with, but no women friends. I have never had a woman friend in my entire 27 year long life. How does this happen? Got any suggestions to fix my situation? What do you talk to women about?... 04 Dec 08, 04:12:56
Italy: gym for sale, I am on the fence about buying, please advise! ?
I've gotten the tax returns for the last 8 years and they have always reported a loss mainly due to bank loans and deprecating equipment. I have been assured that I would be sold the gym with zero liabilities. I have the income statement of this year and last year thus far and after doing a side by side comparison and with the debts being taken care of, I see still losing $750-$1000 a month. The gym cost's $40,000.
The equipment is not new, but not to bad. It needs a new paint job, better lighting and so forth, but that will not make a huge difference. I think opening the gym with 24/7 keycard access would bring in new members. How possible do you think it is to turn around ... 04 Dec 08, 03:12:30
Italy: Why would anyone still be a Republican after the complete failure that is the Bush years?
What good has come from the Bush administration?
Complete economic collapse.....failure of banks and soon many businesses
Millions of net jobs lost + declining wages across the board
Record setting budget deficits even during GOOD economic years
TWO wars with no end in sight, and one of them started based on lies
Incompetent leadership during hurricane Katrina and other events
No accountability.....avoiding any investigation of 9/11 and allowing no transparency in the administration
Violating the BILL OF RIGHTS by.torturing people and spying on American citizens
Since 'Clinton did it' seems to be the most coherent explanation, so far, let me just point o... 04 Dec 08, 03:12:36
Italy: Which Indian Politician is LEAST CORRUPTED?
Can u tell me that in the history of Indian Politics, which politician has been LEAST corrupted? And how do you judge that?
How can we (Indians) promote the idea of politics with least or no corruption? Because its only then the public's money will be used for their safety and benefit.
Like in USA and CHINA, the government has used the public tax money to support their country people by creating jobs and saving banks from bankruptsy. If even one strong Indian politician comes up with a good intention, it can make our country a super power in true sense. Coz the people of India have brains and smartness. All they need is a good system to use their education for their own country&... 04 Dec 08, 03:12:14

Italy: Should I file for bankruptcy?
I am 19 years old and I have two kids. (No judging on that part) I am pregnant with 3rd and I am with the father but we make very little money. I was on birth control so don't ask why I am pregnant when I can't afford it. I started school last feb and now I have been withdrawn because it was internet schooling and my computer stopped working in the middle of my 3rd term so I couldn't get into my classes. Anyway
now I have to pay the money back from student loans and I don't have any way of paying them since I don't have a degree or a job. It's over 9,000 dollars in that alone. We have NO money right now. Also due to me being irresponsible (I took the advice of... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:54
Italy: What would you do in my situation (I'm pregnant)?
I am currently pregnant (4 months), and the baby is due on May 13, 2009. My fiance is planning on going back to school for Genetic M.A. (16 months) in September 2009. He is currently working at a lab for cord blood bank.
He is living in his parents' empty house - his parents are outside of the country living/working. His mom come here for the summer holiday (2 months), and 2 weeks winter holiday (she's a teacher).
My fiance want me to move into his house - once the baby is due. I don't want to live in his house, since his mom will be there during all the holidays. I never really felt comfortable with her. I think it is a bad idea living even for a month with a mother-in... 04 Dec 08, 01:12:46
Italy: Whats all the screaming about the BIG 3 all about?
We have our priorities all screwed up --- it is not the BIG 3 that is to blame, it is the mortgage companies and banks that got us into this mess. At least the BIG 3 make jobs, all the banks and mortgage companies do is make money out of thin air and keep us in debt.
o $800 billion to support mortgage consumer debt
o $100 billion for Fannie Mae
o $100 billion for Freddie Mac
o $150 billion for Stimulus package (from January)
o $8 billion for Indymac
o $29 billion for Bear Stearns
o $ 700 billion for Wall Street ( Bank of America; Merrill Lynch, City Group, JP Morgan, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo; Wachovia, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs...)
o $143.8 Billion for AIG ( which keeps ... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:55

Italy: moving back home, wont have a job, should i pay off my credit card or save my money..?
i have aboug 4 thousand saved up, i just sold about 2 thousand dolors worth of stuff on ebay, and i have something on there now that if it sells ill get a thousand for.
should i use that money from ebay to pay off my 2k in credit card debt or should i just save it in case that crap hits the fan,
when i get back home i have a free place to stay, if i pay it off ill probably go home with 4 grand, if i save it ill go home with about 6 grand, and that seem comforting to know i would have that much in the bank. i pay about 100 a month on the credit card.. so that would save me 100 a month.. and i can cut out my cell phone bill and save another 60 a month..
so... 04 Dec 08, 12:12:40
