Isle Of Skye: Is it wrong to just want to have some fun?
It seems like lately between family stuff, holiday stress and job responsiblities, there isn't any time to just have some fun. LIke go to a steak house or club where no one knows us as a couple and have a good steak and maybe dance to some slow music without someone we know coming up to us and wanting to know how the family is or some such thing. LIke to just get away from all the stress of our lives for one evening.... Not think about it or talk about it but just be together. Is that wrong? Isn't it even healthy?? Isle Of Skye: WHat do you do with no motivation in college?
So...I did well in high school, well my first semester at tulane (first college i went to,) and now...in the past two weeks i'm suffering from a slump and i don't give a crap whether I fail or not...at ALL. I don't know what I want to do with my life, just realized I don't want to be a music major (but only because the program is insanely time consuming/I have no life/i am not passionate enough yet to do this.) And I am getting a degree in whatever, film studies and spanish probably. Isle Of Skye: A tattoo for my Papa?
I have thought and thought and thought about getting a tattoo for my Papa but I have no ideas. It really sucks. He ended up having a stroke and that has completely changed him. It was like he had Alzheimer's disease. Same symptoms. About a year later he died of a massive stroke. Before he had the stroke, we were so close. He was pretty much my best friend. He took me out driving, showed me a few places like the Fort Henry and Lake On The Mountain. Isle Of Skye: Help...Need Vancouver accommodation help please!?
Hi, My husband will be in Vancouver for the Olympics due to his job. Unfortunately, I will not be able to stay with him during this time. I am looking to go for about 2-4 weeks, depending on what accommodations I can find. I know this is not going to be an easy task. :( Does anyone know if there are month-to-month leases in which I can rent out a condo or apartment? Is it too late? I can only imagine my hotel bill if I go that route! Yikes! :) What other options do I have? The university (UBC) dorms?
