Isle Of Skye: Job in Cologne Germany, I speak English/German ?
Hi,
I am looking for a way to be able to live in Cologne Germany, and find a job where I can use English. I also fluently speak German, but I am a native english speaker... Maybe at a rental car company near an airport?
Any suggestions how I can go about this? I am 19 and have not yet begun college, however I plan on working for a year or so (in Germany) and going to School while in germany!
Or are there any big companies in Cologne Germany which could use someone who fluently speaks English and German?

Isle Of Skye: Door-to-door marketing?
I got a job; sort-of. Tomorrow is a test-run. It's door-to-door marketing for magazine subscriptions. Pay, and commission. Apparently the boss will drive me and a bunch of people somewhere in Ontario and we work in the same areas all day. I have to read a script.
-Any advice on how-to-sell stuff? (This job = hell for me. I took it because it's the first offer I've had since August.)
-If they don't hire me, do I get paid for the work?
-Is it rude to buy food for lunch? Am I supposed to eat with these strangers?
-I only have short-term memory. How do I memorize a script?...

Isle Of Skye: Just why didnt UAW and Big 3 cut back months ago and not create a crisis?
Seems the prudent thing one would do. Is curtail costs like about a year or so ago instead of crying demise at such a late date.
I for one dont understand it as I am involved in business and we know our Cash and Debt position practically by the minute.
Seems, either ignorance or arrogance, using threats of depression triggering if one of them goes. Who else is a bit tired of hearing about their importance to America and who else says Shame on them for creating that anti American lifestyle job bank where you do nothing and draw nearly full pay....

Isle Of Skye: I want to start a computer business, and I need help!? Im 14?
Okay, so like a lot of other people my age, I want to start a computer business, but I'm serious. First, I need a website, and a website designing program, I would like an actual program, perfrebly made my microsoft, but it doesnt matter. And please no internet sites where you use their tools, I want mine from scratch! Isle Of Skye: Can they garnish my wages for a car repo in California?
I am 6 months in a 3 yr lease but can not afford the car anymore... I have not missed any payments yet, but struggle to make them every month. I was laid off from my job a month after I got the car and now working temp jobs to make ends meat. If the car gets repo will my wages be garnished if I'm in California....
