Ipswich: What do I do? I need help?
With zero notice, my common-law husband left me on the weekend. One day we were making plans to go on holiday in a few weeks (we even bought our flights) and the very next day he said he was leaving and less than an hour later he was gone to the airport. I'm a complete wreck. He was depressed and he had to leave this city (we moved here a year ago). He said he had to move on but he won't say anything other than that. Ipswich: MA degree in Middle East Studies and cant find a job!?
OK so I didnt go all the way thru to the PhD, but come on! This thing has to be good for something! Ive applied at all colleges in my area, but the turnover in teaching is so bad. Ive also applied at all language schools for Arabic, even asked them if they were interested in adding it, but it seems they all want me to be a linguist or native speaker. I tried an Islamic school, but they seem to want me to have a teaching credential (I was kind of offended since I have my Masters degree and have taught college age students.) Im starting now to look into jobs at the airports working for airlines, but there's nothing! What have I not thought of?...
