I'll be honest guys... here's my situation I worked in walmart for 3 yrs as an electronics associate and a cashier but just got fired this month... I got fired because my mouth slipped of telling my new co-worker the part of my MySpace profile where I mention there that I got 'huge dick'... w/c I terribly regret and learned never to do it again...

Inverness: Need some advice (Quitting current job for new but falls through)?
I have a current job but i had a call from an agency stating there was another job which i want to do, so i went for the interviews and the interviewers at the new job and agency said i have the job, this was on 25th november i got the approval, now today i had a call from agency stating that the job place doesnt want me. Inverness: How do you know you have the job?
I recently went on an interview with a growing but well established a/c repair company. My interview was with the woman I would be working directly for and with. She seemed to be the boss of everyone but the owners. I think the interview went really well. I had that feeling like I GOT IT! She said things like you have everything we need for this position and you would definately fit in around here . However, she said they will make a decision in a couple of weeks. Last month my bf was arrested on a DUI and he needed money to make bail. I put together what I could but was still short, so I had to use the money that my parents gave me for school books only because my bf assured me it was a loan and promised to pay me back before the holidays but after I paid to have him released, I let him borrow my granma's car (which I use for work) so he could get to a job interview and he never came back! Inverness: Does a call from a possible future employer mean i got the job?
Okay folks, I need your help. I had a job interview earlier in November and at the advice of you kind people, I was advised a week later to follow up too see if any decision had been made, and was informed that no decision was yet made at the time. Just this past Wednesday, I was left a message from that potential future employer that they were following up with me to let me know that they would let me know what their decision was by Wednesday or Thursday. I'll be honest guys... here's my situation I worked in walmart for 3 yrs and just got fired this month... but my boss did me a favor of telling me that they'll just tell the other jobs I applied to that I resign so I could easily get another job... the Lowe's called me yesterday and told me to come for an interview this afternoon but I'm still nervous on what to say about why I moved out after working for 3 years there... and also I'm not sure what other question they might ask on an interview because Wal-Mart is my very first job and I only one experience on job interviews.

Hello to all professionals and people with higher education. I really need some advice. I currently graduated in August 2008 from the Univ. of GA (Go DAWGS).
My major is International Business, emphasis: Marketing, Minor: Spanish. By the way my resume is GREAT (I've gotten it critiqued 4x). I have been looking for jobs since the summer. I have been through only 1 face-to-face interview and 2 phone interviews. I haven't gotten anything yet. Yes, I know the economy is currently down, but I'm getting really discouraged b/c I invest so much time and effort looking and applying for jobs and I'm not getting anything in return. :'(
