Ibiza: I recently modded my Nerf ?
I recently modded my Nerf Longshot, and I gave it a Nite finder spring, filled in the little air hole in the barrel, cleared out the air restrictors, (All of them) and I think it is a neat job overall. However, It fires in completely random directions. It doesn't shoot in any specific direction, it is just random. I am using Streamline darts, and maybe the problem is that I'm not using Stefans. If this is the problem, please provide a GOOD link for how to make Stefans. I have researched Stefan-making and all the guides I have found suck. Any help?...

Ibiza: How is the pay structured when working for a temp agency?
I was recently employed at a company for a 90 day period through a temp agency. While on the job one day, I was asked to open mail and while doing so, I came across the paperwork from the temp agency listing the hours that I'd worked the previous week. However, the pay rate was $3.60 more an hour than what I'm really getting paid. I assume the pay rate on this paperwork is what I will be getting paid after I am hired on, and for now, the temp agency keeps the other $3.60 an hour as a commission or finder's fee. Is this correct, or does the amount I saw on that paper have nothing to do with the real amount I'll be paid when I'm hired on?...

Ibiza: Anyone heard of paying finder's/consultant fees for...?
I have a small one man band construction company. never have done any advertising. last week i got referred to a home addition, but the guy that referred me wants a finders fee/consultant fee. Here's the good part, he wants 10% on the gross of the job!!!!!!!! has anyone dealt with a company like this? All he did was connect the homeowner and myself. I told him 10% was out of the question. I offered 1%, but he thought it was a joke. So tomorrow I will offer him 3%, the same as a real estate agent. I figured it's about the same amount of work. I live in VA. Have any of you dealt with this sort of thing? What was you outcome?...
