Henley On Thames: Has anyone here had a bad date experience?
About 5 years ago,I dated this girl who was 6 years younger than I. She had just started college and was a cashier at a supermarket. We went out a few times, nothing serious, but then, she wanted me to meet her parents. So I agreed. I went to her house, which was an older home, not in great shape. Her dad walks out, seems normal at first, until he started talking. First of all,I couldnt understand too much of what he said, plus he was missing a front tooth and that dude smiled ALOT. I managed to understand when he asked what I did for a living. I told him that I went to school and work. He told me that he owns his own welding business but work is slow.I then find out from her that he hasn't wor...

Henley On Thames: What should I for my job when I get older? Below is something to help predict what I should do.?
I like babies and I was thinking about being a Pediatric Nurse but I don't know if I will be that anymore. I am a very, very, very compassionate person too. I love animals especially puppies! They are so cute. I also am a super super organized person. I can't handle being dirty or unorganized. I just can't. I am happiest with helping people, doing stuff for people, helping animals find homes, and loving animals. Anything you might think that would be an appropriate job for me? One more thing..... I also get depressed without doing something to please myself or other people. I am a very, very, very hard worker....

okay so heres what happened. Two days ago, 11/14/08, I was on craigslist.com looking under the pets section for anything about a husky, like i do EVERY day. Under this section I found a link about a siberian husky that was at the hillside animal shelter and was being put to sleep the following day, 11/15/08. I immediately went to the animal shelter website and was amazed to find my dog, Naomi, under the lost dogs section of the website. she had been there since 11/11/08. I was extremely excited and quickly contacted the person who had written the link. I replyed and sent pictures of Naomi to that lady. Later in the evening she called me and we evently concluded that the dog at the shelte...
