Heathrow: What did you think of Madonna's Sticky and Sweet Tour?
I actually really wanted to review each song she performed, so here goes!
1. Candy Shop
- I think that this song obviously had to be performed since candy was her theme. I actually thought that this performance was fun and a little silly (in a good way). I think she could've also/ or instead performed candy perfume girl, which was amazing at her Drowned Tour.
2. Beat Goes On
-I am mixed on this. I like the performance, but wasn't amazed. But I'm happy she sang this song! Not bad!
3. Human Nature
-It was cool seeing Britney, But I dunno but Madonna should've perfromed Bedtime Story instead, bc she performs that song ... 21 Nov 08, 05:11:29

Heathrow: k very odd, check this out! ?
ok, so i started taking cipro today, and i have NO idea if this is a side effect of the medication, but i'm just guessing since it didn't start till about an hour ago. so, here's the deal. i was watching tv, and i noticed that people's voices, especially women's sounded a little off key/robotic. i thought it was just the tv, until i started getting a message on my phone, and it sounded the same way, then i tried music on my computer, same thing.
i'm probably doing a really poor job describing whats going on but i am so confused and curious if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this, or what it is, or whatever lol.... 21 Nov 08, 04:11:49

well im starting to play bass and i want to decide whether to learn to finger pluck or go with picks. i plan on playing heavy metal music and probably hardcore, (ie. slayer, a7x, slipknot, atreyu to name a few). Does finger plucking produce a better sound for metal music? or would the pick better fit the job?

Heathrow: Should I move to Austin or San Antonio?
I plan on relocating to one of the 2 cities since their ecomomies are still very strong though I have never been to either one. I am a server who wants to find a good restaurant job and possibly go into the health care field. I am also a musician. Which of these places has the lowest cost of living, largest amount of restaurant jobs, and best music scene? I am currently living in Michigan where there are no jobs and I will be moving to one of these places with less than $1000 and may have to stay in a shelter until I get a job and find a place.... 21 Nov 08, 12:11:55

Heathrow: I need a back up career?
I'm a freshman in college. I want to be a writer but I also want to be realistic. I want to minor in english and major in something that will provide me with a steady pay check.
I graduated high school with an AA degree. The main thing is that I want to graduate college in two years. If it was something that interested me I'd have no problem going to school for a little longer.
Money is important. Whatever I do, I want to be able to support myself and have a comfortable life.
My interests are music and writing. I honestly don't like anything else. Because I like so few things, I'm having a hard time.
Requirements:
money
finish in about 2 years- requires a... 20 Nov 08, 11:11:17
Heathrow: Advice on how do deal with a family and boyfriend that don't get along...?
I'm 25, my boyfriend is 35. I have a Master's degree and a lucrative full-time job at a small organization. He's got a PhD and has a few part-time jobs as a college professor, but he's had difficulty finding full-time work teaching in his field (music).
We've been together for a few months (my first serious relationship), and my Mom has never taken to my BF. She won't get past a few medical issues he has and that he doesn't have a full-time job. She has outright said I think you can do better.
I've had talk after talk with her, and she simply says I can't condone your relationship.
This is the man I want to spe... 20 Nov 08, 09:11:49
