Heathrow: Interview last week Wednesday...should I call the company?
I had a second interview for an entry-level position last week Wednesday, but I still have not heard anything from the company. I sent thank-you letters as required, via post, and hoped to hear from the company by the end of last week.
My friend works in the department for which I interviewed, and she informed me that they have not made an offer yet (as of this week Tuesday). I am concerned that I am not one of their top candidates, as they have not offered me the position to date, but is it common for offers to take a while for entry-level job-seekers? They told me they were planning to make a decision early this week...

I'm dead serious and brutally honest to myself here.
I'm 14, and I'm a freshman in high school. I am of Asian ethnicity, Japanese (go ahead, leave, just don't be racist). I have a job. I have good grades. I am the school's weapons historian / technologist / consultant. I have been almost suspended from school for drawing the detailed schematics and specifications of a gauss rifle. Ok i am part of this social networking site like myspace. I mainly use it to check up on old high school friends. Well I got a message and invite from a guy. This guy who i have never met but we know a lot of mutual people and have heard a lot about each other sent me an email saying hello. Now he just started working at my job and that the email was him saying hello and that he wanted to meet me and that i should swing by to meet him. Heathrow: Should i sue this company for emotional distress and false high hopes?
This company in Southington, CT called 'VSI HD MEDIA SERVICES' gave me an interview and i aced it, and the interviewer gave me a tour and said i'll start training that same week and even introduced me to ppl in the broadcasting/digital departments. But, it wasnt him who was supposed to interview me, it was another guy named Bruce...but the guy interviewing me was his supervisor. On my way out, Bruce finally came in (who i was supposed to interview with but he was late), and then he said Oh, wait 1 final step, you have to take the translation test to finish the process .

Heathrow: Has anyone heard of the company Polska Digital based out of Poland, and are their offers of employment a scam?
I was recently offered a position through staffingdynasty.com in representation of Polska Digital. I filled out the application about 3 or 4 days ago and got a phone call today from an unavailable number and was offered the position with the company. I was sent a copy of the contract via email and it seems a little iffy. It says I need to set up an LLC to legally process business transactions. It is under my impression that this is either an International money laundering scam or they want unsuspecting Americans to hand over their bank account information and they will suck your account dry. Please help, as if this is a real job the income potential is rather appealing. Thanks!...
