Heathrow: Could I Afford an Apartment?
So I am a commuter and I live about 20 min. away from the university. I only pay for gas and I work about 25 hours a week making $7.05 an hour (will go up in January about 30 more cents). I don't pay for car insurance or cell phone.
Last year I went to a diff. university and lived on campus in the dorms. I got a 3.5 gpa for the entire year which was very well. Right now at my new school I am feeling less prepared and receiving horrible grades. I feel like I can't get involved because it's such a hassle and expensive trip every time to drive out there for the littlest thing like seeing a teacher for a brief talk.

They just need to accept that they already get paid well enough and all seem to be able to drive around in nice cars and enjoy all the school holis!! Get on with your jobs and realise that you are not hard done by at all!
I know, I understand what it's like to be blamed, have a huge amount of responsibility and to have difficult parents. I am a nurse and I encounter much worse things than a snotty nose or miffed mummy. But if nurses walked away from their patients they would die, simple as that. If teaching is so hard, why are parents allowed to home school their children? Obviously anybody could do it....

Heathrow: question about ohio driving laws--anyone involved in law?
im sixteen. i've had my license for about six or seven weeks.
today a girl break checked me and we had a fender bender . There was hardly any damage to the woman's car but she still called the police (understandable). I was given a ticket for failure to allow safe stopping distance. i have a court date in two weeks.
i have good grades, never had a moving violation before, i uphold a job (which i use my car for transportation), and i use my car to get to and from school.
what are the chances of me losing my license? if i do, how long do you think?

OK, I have a few questions about Macs. I recently obtained 2001 Mac OS 9.2 which my school gave to me because they didn't need it anymore and I need it to get Mac experience for a job, which I have none of. I need to know how to wipe this baby's hard drive clean. Also, this thing is SO outdated. I mean, DUDE, you know?
