Harrow: brother 2170W printer?
i have a brother 2170W printer, and my computer, and all the other ones on my network could recognize the printer... it all happened spontaneously
anyways, i was wondering how to reset the printer.... i remember i did it before, but i do not remember how.

Harrow: I locked up an Apple Computer?
I was at my friends house and was using his huge iMac for video editing. He leaves for a sec to get some water and what does the Mac do? It locks up...
We had to restart it. I didn't think that was possible for iMacs! Are they just as prone to locking up as Windows computers? Is Apple's computer really all that safe? We lost the whole video we were working on too......

Harrow: I NEED HELP WITH SIMS 2 INSTALLATION?
I had the sims 2 installed on my computer before, but we had to scratch the computer so now I am trying to reinstall it, but I keep getting an error that one of the files won't transfer. I figure that it is saying this because the cd is pretty scratched, but I don't know how to fix that! is there any way that I can install my cd game without using the cd?? PLEASE HELP...

Harrow: playstation 3 good wifi router?!?!?!?
right now i have a d link wifi router that was only 60 bucks and its a pice of crap because when i have more then 3 wifi devices connected to it, it starts to freeze up and restart itself and it loses connection whal im playing my ps3 alll the time. i just would like to know what kind of wifi routers are good for gameing and just regualr internet on the computer. thanks...

Harrow: Need a printer driver for a computer with Windows 95.?
Greetings, I have a computer with windows 95 that I need to install a printer on. I know there are drivers for it as the previous computer with this operating system used the printer. It is an HP LaserJet 4. I have checked the HP website for it and download.com. This computer is not hooked up to the internet, so any file would have to be moved via the A: drive or a CD:R. If you can help, thank you....

Harrow: my computer turns on and my monitor works but it still says check signal ..how do i get my computer to turn on?
Ok I know squat about comps obviously so i messed up sorry I will dumb it down ..I turned the computer on it has two green lights on the frontby the power and reset ..they flash green and so does the keyboard...but once the keyboard flashes green (the light up top) it imediatly turns off and i press like caps lock and stuff trying to see if it will light up again and it wont ...so im thinking the power works its all hooked up right
but something isnt connecting ...I have had this problem before
and i just flipped the switch in the back ..back and forth than restarted on and off a billion times and after an hour or so finally the screen would catch ...but now i cant get it to turn on for ...

Harrow: Getting a security clearance with previous discharge from military for personality disorder and suicide attemp?
i was discharge from the air force a year ago with personality disorder, and i attempted suicide on a couple of occasions this past year. i am now on medications and seeing a doctor. I know that i cannot reenlist in the u.s. air force again. but after college it would be nice to work for the air force as a civilian. most computer jobs would require a security clearance. is it possible for me to still obtain one in a few years....
