Harrogate: Bizarre high paying jobs? Coat check girl, cocktail waitress, etc...?
I recently got a job at a high end nightclub as a coat check girl. I thought it would be a fun, easy college job. I never anticipated that I would start making so much money in tips!! I average about $20 per hour. I'm not complaining...but for such a brainless job, that's ridiculous!
I'm looking for a second job, and now that I've had a taste of easy $$$ I'm searching for a similar high paying gig that might be off the beaten track.
A few things that have come to mind are cocktail waitress, valet, etc....
Any suggestions? Personal experiences?
And don't say stripper....
(Although I hear cocktailing at a strip joint can be good $$$$)... 10 Jan 09, 01:01:23

Harrogate: How to get financing for nose surgery with awful credit?
Ok, first of all I have a really bad deviated septum. It has gotten so bad that I have been coughing up blood because my throat is SO torn up (because I can only breathe through my mouth and at night it gets real bad). It is to the point that my doc says I should get it done as soon as possible and it has become unbearable.
I already got a second job.. my current insurance doesn't cover the surgery so that is not an option. the surgery is $8400!! so there is no way I could save up for it any time soon... my credit is so bad (previous charge offs and such when i lost my job... still trying to recover) I can't find anyone to cosign with me and I can't get a loan on my own... 10 Jan 09, 01:01:30
