Guildford: Is it legal for a company to make 5 month late deductions?
I signed up for flex medical and flex daycare, my job started deductions in August, we began school in July and received 2 checks prior. I filled out an enrollment sheet for flex which stated the amount and number of pays the deductions would be spread out under. They emailed me today about something I hadn't noticed, they never started deductions, my flex medical was 500 and flex daycare 5000, they would like to take out 416 per paycheck for the remainder of my contract to June. Is this legal for them to do, it is over 800 per month which is almost a full paycheck for me? I can't afford the deductions of that amount, I agreed to deductions from the beginning.

It's important to note that for the first 15 years of my life, I was drug-free. I smoked a little herb, and then did not smoke again for 6 years. I smoked for 3 years, and then joined the military. My mom has this boyfriend that is pretty lame and they fight and argue and just are pretty mean to eachother. and they've been going out for like 7yrs and have a kid and stuff blah blah blah. So my mom has this job at the paper place where i live and she went on vacation to california for 3 days so she left the job with Guy, thats what well call him. While my mom was gone she went to my moms boss and had the paycheck switched over to his name while she was in california. without telling my mom anything. I filed for unemployment and was approved but in received a 401k check 2weeks after i was let go from my job.I let unemployment know about it so they asked me my gross amount and I told them.When it was time for me to start receiving my checks they sent one but told me I can't receive any more money for the next three months because i received my 401k money.When i got my 401k money I had to use it that same week to pay off debts and utilities so now its all gone.I told them that but they don't care and say i basically have to be broke for the next three months.Why is it that I have to use my retirement money as income when it is suppose to be for my retirement anyway?I don't t...
