Guildford: Stay with my parents or move out on my own...what would be better for my son?
I'm 26, getting a divorce and am currently 5 months pregnant. My husband left state and I have been staying with my parents for the last two months. I work part time but can't afford to stay in my apartment on my part time income so I either have two options: get a full time job, or continue to stay with my parents.
My parents want me to stay with them (I have my own bedroom, I could save money, and my mom could watch the baby while I'm at work). My dad said a full time job will be too difficult as a single mom with a newborn. Plus, I will be going to grad school for my masters next fall, so that will be even more difficult....in a way I think staying with mom & dad is ... 05 Dec 08, 03:12:15
Guildford: Should I stay or should I go?
So about a month ago, I moved from Panama City, FL to Edison, NJ. My sister and I moved because my sister wanted to be with her boyfriend who has his own place. Due to family complications, we can't move in with him. I am currently staying at a Days Inn with my sister.
New Jersey is crowded and the highways and interstates can be a headache. NYC is pretty cool but it didn't really awe and inspire me.
I was actually pretty underwhelmed overall. I wanted to move to Vancouver, WA instead.
What my question is:
After finding a job that I actually enjoyed and a somewhat steady pay, a week or 2 later I got fired for no good reason (American Apparel's at will employment.) I... 05 Dec 08, 03:12:22
Guildford: essay help please. any suggestion? or if im missin sumthing please tell me?
It was a good war for Canada not only it changed canada in many different ways but it also made us a great nation, WW2 was the 1st war canada entered upon their own choice. WW2 was an opprunity for some, but not all canadian women. Women were finally given the chance and the freedom to work in the workfield that had once controlled by men. Whether it was working in farmlands, in factories or building war supplies. There was the opposing ideological issue of the role that women should play. Many people in the era thought that women were supposed to stay at home and raise the children, cook, clean while their husbands were out working. They did not like the fact that women were now elig... 05 Dec 08, 03:12:42
Guildford: What do you do if someone calls to schedule a job interview, but you weren't home so you couldn't pick up?
I'm 15 years old, have no job experience, and I handed out about a million and two resumes a few days ago. I got a call from Boathouse (a sexy clothing store) for a job interview but i wasn't home! I just need to know if I should call back, and what do I say exactly? I really don't want to screw this up :(... 05 Dec 08, 03:12:59

Guildford: I screwed up BADD. I got a 2nd DUI and I don't know what to do!?!?!?
Uuugghh.. I got my first DUI 3 years ago. I recently lost my job so I cancelled my car insurance. Then I got my license suspended for not having insurance. I know I shouldn't have been driving AT ALL, but being in the dumb drunk state of mind that I was in, I thought I could make it home.. I was only like 4 miles (10 minutes) away from home. Anyway, so I hit a parked vehicle and totaled my truck. Although I already took care of my first DUI, I am still on probation for another couple of months. So my case is this... I am on probation, got a 2nd dui, was driving with a suspended license and no insurance AND I totaled my truck. I'm not sure as to how much damage was made to t... 05 Dec 08, 02:12:55
Guildford: Does anyone have experience with the ACAI berry stuff?
I just bought some in liquid form. I'm supposed to take one tablespoon twice a day. I heard it was good to kick start your metabolism & get rid of some belly fat especially. Do you know anything about it?
BTW I'm not looking for a miracle cure. I just gained some weight after losing my job & being at home. I'm back on track with a new job, more structure, better eating habits, etc.... 05 Dec 08, 02:12:38
