Guildford: How should I talk to my husband about this?
I'm married for the second time. My husband loves my two kids from my first marriage almost as if they were his own, despite the fact that he's only known them for a few years. He's basically a good guy and a good father-figure to them and a good father to our little girl. But he can get worked up and frustratingly angry over decisions I make for MY older kids. My oldest, a 17 year old son, is going to live with his father, not far away. His father is a good guy for the most part, although a lot more permissive and lax than I am. There is alot of stress in our household causing my son some anxiety and he'd like to go live with his dad for a while. If I say no, he... 03 Dec 08, 08:12:35
Guildford: Stressed Moon Aspects and Women (10 points!)?
If you do not believe in astrology please do not answer my question. Stop being Lame and move on to a section where you could be of some use!
I work in a female dominated profession. Women and gay men for the most part. I was consulting someone about struggles I'm having concerning getting ahead professionally. I felt that issues with other women in the work place, i.e. envy, secretive behaviors, hypersensitivity, competitiveness, cattiness, were a big issue for me. I was informed that this was due to the stressful aspects of my moon. These aspects would make it difficult for me to deal with women both personally and professionally. I was also advised to move into ... 02 Dec 08, 02:12:34

Guildford: How do you land a good job in marketing/advertising/branding when your resume is predominantly business/sales?
I need some advice. I have always wanted to be in the creative field but it seems I have gotten myself into an inadvertant jam. I began college as a double major in interior design and business with visions of being a business savvy designer, but no one told me how pretty much impossible trying to do both of those AND play college volleyball AND try to work...so something had to give and it had to be interiors due to time and being a poor college student who couldn't hardly afford supplies.
I graduated with my marketing/biz degree and worked my way up to a pretty good gig in business/sales. Being that I am a 20something who deals with consulting area top CEOs all day and works wit... 28 Nov 08, 07:11:26
Guildford: Is my GF being selfish and using me in our relationship? Or am I over expecting? What do I do?
My GF and I have been together for 2 years, much in love, live together in a 'married like' relationship. We plan a future together, plan to buy a house and support each other in a partnership.
She started study this year and I took up work to support her/us (as when she finishes her degree, she will be able to contribute financially also).
During her study I have supported her on an emotional level - helping her with stress, on a financial level - paying for most things (nothing too extravagant), and on a level where I base my life around supporting her while she studies. After 9 months I realize it is a bit draining attending to her needs whilst I sacrifice the necessary a... 28 Nov 08, 07:11:31
