Gloucester: Im 21 years old and am about to file bankruptcy...?
I have no credit but I got sick a year ago and had to go to the hospital. My insurance covered some of the bills but now I am getting insane medical bills that I have NO WAY of paying for. I am thinking about filing since I have no assets and live with my parents. However, I work at a minimum wage job and have been saving up to get a car for like $3,000. Will they take my car if I declare?... 03 Dec 08, 04:12:40
Gloucester: Which Army MOS Gives You the Most Time to Study?
OK, I'll be looking to change my MOS in another year and want something that is going to give me plenty of time to pursue my civilian education. I don't want to be an officer, don't want OCS, pretty much don't want anything to do with the Army at this point. I just want to have an easy job that is going to allow me to have plenty of time to pursue my bachelors degree in mathematics. Any suggestions? Maybe something medical would be preferable since I want to go to medical school after I'm done with my bachelors degree.
Thanks so much for your help... 03 Dec 08, 03:12:53
Gloucester: 20 yrs old and shoplifted (i know im a idiot)?
I am 20 years old and this would be my first offense a grand total of 46 dollars. I understand that this was a huge mistake and that it will be on my record for a while. I was wondering how this will effect my job in the medical im training to get my paramedic license and im really scared i screwed myself over big time. If i put in a guilty plea is there any a judge will show the citation as dismissed if i take a class or something rather than it showing up as a conviction (kinda like a speeding ticket). I know i made a bad choices and im ready to accept the consequences but im worried i jeopardized my career. If anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it.... 03 Dec 08, 03:12:11
Gloucester: How can someone call himself RMP(reg medical practitioner) without a medical degree?
My neigbour's wife tells me that her husband is an RMP doctor. When I asked her whether he had a medical degree, she said, he had done a course in first aid. The firm for which he works gives him the job of providing first aid to the workers. Is he right in calling himself a doctor. He is thinking about practicing medicine in a rural setup. What kind of action can be taken against him and how can I politely ask him not to call himself doctor.... 03 Dec 08, 02:12:46

Gloucester: I am a medical marijuana patient in CA, and have been fired for failing a drug test, is that not illegal?
I own a signed recommendation from a state physician prescribing me medical marijuana. I recently had to take a random drug for my job, which I failed, and showed them my recommendation. They say that the policy cannot accept the recommendation and terminated me. Marijuana in no way affected how I worked. In fact, I was one of the best workers there, so they can't really say it affected my job performance.... 03 Dec 08, 01:12:39

I'm definitely going to college...no doubt about it. I'm almost done with my high school career, and sincerely hoping to be valedictorian. My GPA is averaging around 3.95, i write great essays and am a general over-achiever.
my question is, what profession should i go into? i need something that will keep my mind occupied and busy, + something that makes a lot of money to support my lifestyle (ie over 150K, more like 200K). i have been thinking about going into the medical field, but i dont know wh... 03 Dec 08, 12:12:38
