Gloucester: Anyone who wears a knee brace daily please answer this question!?
I wear a lateral J brace almost every day. On Thursday, I leave for a 3 day class trip where I will have to wear business casual dress attire every day. The problem is that when I wear my brace with my dress pants, the Velcro completely destroys the inside lining of the pants. What should I put over my brace to stop this from happening? I was thinking maybe an ace bandage or a knee-high sock with the foot end cut open. Does anyone have any other options?
And yes, I have taped me knee. I actually taped it to the point where my skin began to rip so the brace is the best option for me at this time....

Gloucester: What to wear for a white chocolate middle school party?
Well, our school dance is going to be themed White Chocolate
and the thing is, there will be dark lights, tables, a dj, and marshmallows,
strawberries, and a white chocolate and regular chocolate fountain on each 3 sides of the gym. ( don't worry it never looks like a gym at school dances, they hook it up lol. ) and i was wondering, what type of clothes should i wear since we have to wear brown and white,

I am a Primary School Teacher and have recently been forced to go through a Casual Teaching placement Agency.
The costs I am being charged by the Agency seem awfully high.
Does anyone know what the average costs payable by the Teacher to the Agency are ?
Are these Agencies regulated?
