News Articles on Driving Job in Glastonbury
Glastonbury: Going for a long drive?
Unfortunately, in my country, there are not too many options for relieving oneself on the road. Last time when I went out, I had a very bad experience. If you found a toilet, its pretty dirty for use. I find it very bad when boys just go out in the middle of nowwhere, unzip and complete the job. I think they should be chivalrous enough - if they also cant hold it in, they also should wet their pants.
My boyfriend told me not to worry too much - he said wear some diapers and if they do leak, its OK. You cn do it in your jeans. I dunno what to do...... 03 Dec 08, 04:12:01
Glastonbury: Why why why...this is driving me...?
CRAZY!!! AF was suppose to show up the 25th of November, now here it is Dec. 2nd and she still hasnt shown up! I took a couple of tests a day before and on the day I was suppose to start my period, but the were both negative. I want to take a test, but I was just laid off from my job, and my fiance's checks go to bills right now! I know some tests are as little as a dollar, but we are having to scrape up every dollar for the bills...
Ok I'm not asking if I AM pregnant, I just want some opinions as to whether these symptoms are pregnancy related or not...
mild cramps (like I'm going to start my period, but I don't)
tiredness
mild headaches
constipation (small ball... 03 Dec 08, 03:12:34
Glastonbury: What exactly does an arrest on my record mean?
I got arrested for something minor that was blown out of proportion. I was driving a vehicle that was reported stolen, but it was a rental car that I kept longer than the return date. Originally they called it Grand Theft Auto when I was arrested, and then that was thrown out, and was reduced to Vehicle Embezzlement (which is more of a soft white-collar crime, according to the detective I spoke to). To make a long story short, I told the truth on everything, paid all of my fees, and the case never went to court. It was dismissed. I thought I'd maybe at best get a misdemeanor. But even that didn't happen. So technically I have a clean record (never been convi... 03 Dec 08, 02:12:41
Glastonbury: Why do I lack common sense? Do you consider me an idiot ?
I would like an explanation of my inability to relate to other people.
I am fully driven by a series of routines. For example, I have to take the same route to and from school, otherwise I get stressed. A point where I lack rationality.
I cannot explain where I am or how to get home. If someone asks where i live, I cannot explain how to get there.
I hold myself in odd positions and seem rather inept, as I do not know where to place my hands, etc.
I cannot comprehend simple sequence questions. For the longest time, I thought you had to hold the remote for the DVD player towards the TV in order to turn it on.
I thought everyone shared the same opinions, views, knowle... 03 Dec 08, 02:12:18
Glastonbury: Worried! Help! Can a driver sue me for a minor scratch? ?
I bumped up against them! Tonight I was at a railroad crossing...Okay...Maybe I'm dumb but there was only flashing lights in front of the railroad. THe guard rail wasn't moving...I crossed the tracks...Suddenly I saw a train coming and there was no room for me to get safely across as other cars were in front of me. I barely got over the tracks and the guard rail went down, and I bumped into the car in front of me. They came and saw it was a minor scratch on their car. They said it was a brand new car of theirs!! We didn't call the police, so there was no accident report. Mainly because they were driving their sick mother to the hospital. I paid them $200.00 in check for the sc... 03 Dec 08, 02:12:49

Glastonbury: What can I do for a good exercise or stretch before work?
I work. I have a physical working job for UPS. I lift heavy packages and deliver them. I have to go run them up and run back down the drive way. I usually start around 12 Noon and so I would have enough time to stretch or whatever before hand. I was wondering what kind of stretches or exercising could I do before I go?... 03 Dec 08, 02:12:21
Glastonbury: Why do people glorify hard work? ?
Working isn’t about working hard. It isn’t about working long hours. It’s about working efficiently, being productive and getting your job done effectively with the least amount of effort possible.
I have a friend who brags that he busts his ass 60 hours a week driving a Coca-Cola delivery truck. Congratulations, I work 35 and make twice as much as he does.
Shouldn’t we stop pretending spending 50+ hours a week at the office or jobsite to be a good thing and recognize that real genius is finding a way to streamline the process and get that same job done in 25?
I think there is some misunderstanding. I have coworkers who brag about working 50+ hours a week. I am quicker an... 03 Dec 08, 01:12:54
