Germany: Should I look for new job?
I have worked in Information Technology for the past 8 years with the same company. There is 1 another guy that works with me that seems to get all of the promotions and raises. He makes 10 thousand a year more than I do. He has no college degree or IT Certifications. I on the other hand have my MCSA, MCITP, MCTS, MCDST, MCP, Project+ certs. I never get promoted to anything new and they always seem to use him and his information for anything. I don't understand. Should I look for another job that pays more and respects more?...

I am an Information Technology student here at the Philippines. I kinda came from a poor family and is struggling through college. Luckily I have an academic scholarship that grants me a full tuitional discount which lets me study for now. I am in need of a laptop right now. Despite assurances from the Pentagon that the musuem would not be touched, it was plundered of it's recent Sumarian artifacts and tablets. Hi I am thinking about going into a program called a Network Cabling Specialist. It's a 3 month program(including a interning process at the end of the program). I have a bachelors in management and organizational development but am unhappy with the pay (I make 14.00 an hour).
