Germany: home loan pre approval and underwriting help!?
I'm in the process of buying a house with my husband (he's the only one on the loan)....we were pre approved for a VA loan with the automated underwriting system. Our loan is about to go through underwriting and we're suppose to close next week, I'm terrified we'll be denied because we tried to buy a house last year with an FHA loan and got denied the day of closing because the LO jerked us around.I'm very confident with our current loan officer but I cant shake this feeling that we'll be denied(maybe I'm just being negative) We haven't bought a new car,run up our credit, lost a job,ect.....I guess I'm worried because I forgot to pay my credit ... 02 Dec 08, 05:12:29
Germany: Looking for legitimate work from home with no cost to myself.?
I know there is a lot of jobs out there were I can make decent money I am not looking to be a millionaire. Simply a job to pay the bills and have a bit of extra money. No Scams just real work.... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:12
Germany: Does anyone else think MNF is becoming unwatchable?
And I'm not talking about the butchering job that Rodger Goodell is trying to put on the league either.
Seriously. Stewart Scott and Ron Jawarski are bad enough, blathering on about nothingness as the game goes on, calling the game as if it's an annoyance that is interrupting their ever imperative conversation, mentioning the same worthless subplot, stat, or anecdote ad nauseum... but then you throw in either Joe Theisman or Tony Kornheiser and WOW.
Do we really have to add in this political crap from Tony Kornheiser that barely knows what he's talking about with football? It was bad at first with his overly flower and emotional diatribes that he would go on to begin ... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:29
Germany: How much should I charge them?
My daughter and her family moved back home about a month ago. Her husband was separated from the AF and is having problems finding a job. I would like to charge them rent on a weekly basis but am not sure how much to charge. They pay for their own food and all of their own necessities as well as help pay for household items. They are also sleeping in the main room of our home, the living room. So how much do I charge them weekly?... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:12
Germany: What do i do if i know if my girl is cheating and when confronting her she lies?
I don't have the actual condom of the person she's cheating with but i know she is. And the phucked up thing is, it's with customer at the job we both work at that i got her job. We've been together for a while, live together, and we moved 3000 miles together away from what i know is home. Please keep in my mind we live together and there are lot of bills in her name, so just packing my things and leaving is not that wise. (she can't afford our place by herself and i don't really want to stay in the apt if she decides to leave) I would just like to know if i should keep pushing her until she tells me the truth or i am obsessed with just wanting the truth and i n... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:03
Germany: Why does he sound distant after showing some interest?
well, to cut a long story short, i got to know this guy in my class only on the last 2 weeks of school though we've been classmates for 3 months.
and well the second time we had a conversation, he chatted to me for 2 hours though he initially wanted to go home. and we discovered we had alot in common, soccer, our beliefs, sense of humour etc. and he told me alot of interesting stuff about himself and stories about his job and his thoughts etc.
then afterward, when we were leaving, he was supposed to head in another direction but ended up following me to mine - at least halfway. and he was walking really slowly and during the whole time we were together, he asked me stu... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:50
Germany: how can i work with my parents on moving out?
i'm 19 years old and i'm going to be moving out. I would have a full time job and the only thing i'm asking is to help them pay for my education when i'm out.
They won't unless i live at home
I really want to go to school
But i want to move out
I see my moving out experience as a dorming experience almost but they don't.
What can i do so that me and my family can work on this together??... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:04
Germany: Need Some Friend Advice?
I've known this girl at work for a year and a half and we have always been close despite the age difference. This summer we became best friends and started hanging out frequently. However a couple months ago someone who no longer works with us started some drama between the two of us and when I got mad about it and apolized to her for getting upset she blew it up and believed what the other girl said about me thanking she was a horrible friend(which I didnt or I wouldnt be trying so hard to make things right) due to her history of friends backstabbing her and said that she couldnt trust me and that I acted like a teenager and we needed to quit hanging out and just be friends at work. Sh... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:07
Germany: Does America need foreign aid for the homeless?
I watch the Al-Jazeera news about the number of homeless people that's growing in numbers in the United States due to high rates of joblessness. The foreclosures of housing and realastates is sky rocketing at this period that forces the locals to leave their houses. To tell you the truth,i'm shocked to see and hear what had happened in United States today. The tent cities in every states is growing like a refugee camp which reminds me of the Katrina hurricane victims but this time it's a very different kind of Katrina that is hitting the whole nation. It also reminds me of the homeless people that lives in camps such as in Iraq.I guess it's pretty hard to live in America nowd... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:18
Germany: I'm so tired of parenting my 42 year old mother...advice please?
Yeah, parenting my 42 year old mother, i'm 22 years old, i live in costa rica. I go to the university of costa rica. There's so many reasons why I can't leave home, but pretty much it's because everything here is really close by, and my grandfather doesn't want me to leave my mother alone.
My whole situation is this: my grandfather lives by himself(grandma died 3 years ago), and i believe my mother has borderline personality disorder.
She has always been extremely immature, until this days, she always makes some huge drama if someone doesn't give her what she wants, i have to stop studying to make her something to eat, she throws parties in the house a nig... 02 Dec 08, 04:12:10
