While they are deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan, what all do they do? What are the jobs that they cover? Also, when they go on i.e.d. searches, if they find one do they dispose of it or do they call EOD to deal with them? Thanks for the help.... 09 Jan 09, 02:01:34

Gatwick: I'm at the end of my rope...I am about to make a mistake?
I was an electrical engineering student in college for two years before I flunked out, and lost my scholarship. After much stress and worry and pain over the summer, I finally changed schools again, and went back into engineering. But I HATE engineering. I despise it. And so I flunked out again. I know now that I want to change my major to Science Education. But I have no money, my parents won't co-sign a loan, and so I am now trying to find a job to raise money for college in the worst economy since 1930. It's so stressful...so difficult. I'm barely surviving, living off my slowly dwindling savings, with no job. But at the same time, I have my girlfriend, who lives in Texas. ... 08 Jan 09, 11:01:52

Gatwick: How to pay for a school trip?
Hi everyone,
Just to fill you in I am on the debate team involved in public forum debate. Today my debate coach asked my partner and I to go to the Harvard National Debate Tournament to compete in JV Public Forum debate. However I'm finding issue with the fact that this trip is very expensive and I need help on ideas of how to pay for it. I can't exactly get the money from my parents because we aren't in a very good position with money right now, currently neither of my parents have jobs (but my Dad is getting severance pay from his engineering job). I know that it seems very selfish to be worrying about going when we are in this situation, but I see this as a very importan... 08 Jan 09, 11:01:50
