I believe in lower taxes, I agree with a flat income tax and a flat sales tax. I also support a sales tax holiday to last thru the month of December to boost buying.

I think that a good program would be a small business bond progra... 04 Jan 09, 02:01:12
Gatwick: What country would you rather live in...? ?
A country with a powerhouse economy and industry, with very low taxes, the right to get as wealthy as you want if you work hard enough, but NO social welfare whatsoever. No services such as education or entertainment are free. You have the right to say what you want about anyone.
Or.
A country with smaller industry and economy, but you are guaranteed a job, good income, free health and social welfare, free education, impeccable civil rights, but with relatively high taxes so that everyone can live comfortably. You have the right to say what you want about anyone unless you are venting hatred towards their colour or religion.
Unfortunately each country represents 2 extremes: 1st one is ex... 03 Jan 09, 11:01:22
Gatwick: Would you vote for me for governor of New York?
I would run as an independent with my own party.Tell me if you are republican, democrat, or independent? These are just some of my ideas…I am 16 years old but I want to pursue a career in politics.
I want to create opportunities for small businesses with a new program that I would call “The Small Business Bond Program” where I would allow average citizens to lend money to the government which would then be lent to small businesses and entrepreneurs. In return citizens will receive their money back with interest. This is a two way investment. It betters the state’s economy and allows the lender to make a secure investment.
I would set a flat property tax of 4% on all homes with ... 03 Jan 09, 07:01:45
