France: How can I find my dog?
My dog was taken away. To explain, I'll post the email I sent to the SPCA.
Hi there, my name is Haley and I am 13 years old.
A while back, maybe almost a year ago, our dog was taken to the SPCA. The reason for this is because someone called in to you guys and said we were abusing our pets, so you came and took away all our pets when we did nothing wrong.
I understand you were just doing your job, and trying to help, but you took away my best friend. Misty was her name, but I was told you renamed her Bobby.
She is a Border Collie crossed with Blue Heeler and she is Black and White. She is a bit small for her breeds, and she is very playful, but she does love to bark.

France: Need legal advice with an employment contract?
I was offered a job with clauses like this in the contract:
Licensed Materials means any materials that You utilize for the benefit of the Company, or deliver to the Company or the Company's customers, which (i) do not constitute Work Product, (ii) are created by You or of which You are otherwise in lawful possession, and (iii) You may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company's customers.
I've been searching on the net, and the contract look very similar to these:

France: Looking for town with college and good elementary teaching prospects.?
The situation is that I am pursuing an engineering degree with two years left. My fiance' is graduating this semester with a degree in elementary education. We currently live in Pittsburgh, PA and there are hundreds of applicants for every available job. Obviously you see that where I am going with this is that I am looking to find a town that has a college offering a bachelors in mechanical engineering and has a reasonable job market for elementary teachers. Note: She will be graduating with a 3.9 GPA so she should have very high odds of the job she applies for.
This is your chance to tell me ho... 02 Dec 08, 01:12:21
France: Is this a good literary analysis?
The Higher Power of Lucky resembles an important aspect in American Literature. Lucky Trimble is one who values reading, family, her dog, twelve-step programs, and Charles Darwin (The higher power of lucky). Willingly, Lucky pursued a path in search of her higher power. However, she did not get why finding it was so hard (Patron 5). As the novel progressed, Lucky maintained a proactive attitude towards her goal. Clearly, Patron intended to put a few twists in Lucky's path. Throughout her journey, Brigette and Lincoln played a significant role in Lucky's life. When Brigitte's possible plans of leaving where unveiling, Lucky thought hard about how to keep from ... 02 Dec 08, 01:12:13
France: A decent entry-level job in public relations/communications?
I graduated with a BA in Public Relations in May. I have been doing an internship in the PR department of my city zoo. I wasn't able to find a full-time job when I graduated, which is why I took the internship. The problem is, it is unpaid, and the organization will not be able to offer me a position (money problems).
I am on the hunt for a full-time job again. Most of what I have seen requires years and years of experience. But how is everyone getting that if I can't get in entry level?? My question is, what is a good entry level job for someone in my position? Basically, when I am doing my job search, what should I search for (keywords.... public relations turns up... 02 Dec 08, 12:12:28
France: Should I Work At Shoppers Drug Mart?
I'm 15 and live in Ottawa, On. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart opening near my house. The construction workers are digging up the open lot to build on, but I am not sure if Shoppers even employ 15 year olds. I've searched around the net and came across a 'Job Permit'. What is that by the way?
ALSO, it would be a good help if Shoppers (former too) employees answer this!
THANKS :)... 02 Dec 08, 12:12:19
