I work with a lady who is the biggest narcissist! I seriously think she has a disorder. I have worked with her for 2 years. My boss absolutely loves her, but I can't stand her. I have tried explaining this to my boss, but she is totally not seeing what I am telling her. This lady belittles me, talks to me like I am 5. She thinks she runs the office, refers to the money that our business makes as hers. I am honestly afraid to ask her a question, or talk to her because of the remarks that come out of her mouth. Hey im nicole im 15 sitting my junior cert this year..its sort like the English GCSE's but mean noting you leave school and wont get you any where

Folkestone: BPD related rage and aggression - can simple anger managment treat it even if its deep rooted?
years ago i was diagnosed with BPD personality disorder and ptsd traits to.
iam now 31 and rage and aggression have been the number 1 chronic problem in my life.
i feel the rage comes from years of abuse, taunts, being victimised and being bullied, where anger was built up and stored up for many years because it wasnt addressed properly at the time.
i was a sensitive soft adolescent and never stood up to my victimisers. this is where i let them bully me and anger went internal for many years.
years ago i used to go outside , not intensional, to do my errands, i would become paranoid, feel jealous of happy people , my mind would race, stress and press...

Folkestone: Loans available for people who want to start up a small business but who do not have a job?
Hi I'm 17 and I want to start my own business which is going to be a small airport transfers business so a bus going from the airport to the eastern suburbs.
I was wondering if the bank would let me get a loan of say $6,000 max. So I can buy a van, pay for insurance and all the application fees, etc.
I've tried applying for a government grant but they said they don't give grants out to people starting up a business only for existing business owners.
I've had the odd job here and there but they haven't lasted more than 3 months and on the minimum wage.
Can anyone help??

Here is the situation, about a month ago I applied at a staffing agency for a position as a machinist apprentice. I was actually emailed by the agency to see if I still was looking for work. I said yes, went for a 1st interview and everything went well so they said. Later after no further emails I emailed them, they said they were having trouble getting a hold of my reference so I contacted him and he said yes they had got a hold of him.
