Folkestone: How can I look for or find an international job?
I would like to find a job out of the US for 1-2 years but do not wish to join the military, want to be somewhere safe but do not want to travel for a living. I am not sure what I want to do. I want something interesting, meaningful and a big change.
I don't have an education, but I am 34 and have worked since 14 and have had many successful jobs in different fields. Any great ideas, or good websites or businesses I can check with?... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:51

Folkestone: Has anyone had dealings with a company called The Parkway Lending Group? ?
I was contacted by a gentlemand named Joshua Redd who stated that I was approved for a loan of $5000.00. He advised me because I have some credit issues that I would have to secure the loan with $1200 which would equl the first 8 months worth of loan payments. So basically I would not have a payment due until Aug of 2009. I agreed (like an idiot) to wire some lady named Linda Price in Canada $1200.00 on a Thursday and supposedly the funds were to be deposited in my account on Friday. Well I wired the money as promised, called Joshua with the money gram number and he stated the funds were good to go and would be in my account the next day. Well Friday came around and I received a phone c... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:37
Folkestone: She I Let It Go Or Let Go ON 10point best A?
My husband's ex is fat, can't hold a job or a man,and she uses his 12 daughter to get $ from us. These things are facts I have no thing against the woman. So my husband's decided that he let's me handle all the $issues concerning the his daughter. So she keeps harassing us for $ and when we say no, she won't let us see the child. So I decided to take her to court to reduce the child support from $800 to $400. She called last night apologizing to me so I told her to fuck off. She I let it go the 10th time she apologize. BTW she never spends the child support $ on the child so isn't like the kids will benefit from it.... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:32

Folkestone: Has anyone left their job to become a nanny?
I am tired of corporate america, I have always been good with children, I am thinking of becoming a nanny full time instead. Some employers still give you benefits. Is it hard to do? What sort of credentials would I need? I take care of my 9 yr. old daughter (have always, lol) and have cared for neighbors and friends babies/young children. Is it a less stressful job? Is it stable?... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:10
Folkestone: If you could have lunch with any three football coaches, who would you choose?
Any three in history. College or pro. Or even high school. It's your choice.
I thought about this for a long time (it's a hard choice when you really think about it), but my choices would be:
Tom Landry- What a great man. And a football genius, too.
Joe Paterno- You don't keep your job that long by being a bad coach. And he's also a great guy.
Vince Lombardi- Probably the best motivator in the history of football. He knew how to get the best from his players. An absolute legend. Anybody whose name is on the most prestigious trophy in the NFL is a worthy lunch companion, IMHO.
This is not a who are the top three coaches of all time question. It... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:00
Folkestone: How to become a financially successful Graphite artist / GED / Life... etc! Need advise please!?
I'm am currently working as a Secretary/Receptionist and I hate it! It is not for me, I would much rather be drawing (but really who wouldn't want to do what they love all the time?). I was Home Schooled and quit school early so I could get my GED and I have still yet to get it (gosh, what a stupid decision I made!). I'm afraid that I am going to fail the Math and who knows what else. I think my job tends to distract me (not to mention boys/relationships) away from things that I really want to do as a career and makes me forget sometimes that I still need to get my GED and go to college (pretty much as you can tell, my brain can't multitask. ha ha). So, I know I need to g... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:36

Folkestone: Should I stop going to college for now because I don't know what to do?
Right now Im a student (4th year of college). Im a gogo dancer (non nude) (500-1000 dollars a night). My goal is to graduate college with a degree that leads to a career that allows me to make at least as much money as I do now. I love dancing and performing but unfotunately, its not a long term career. I love making money. I love shopping and what I like about my current job is 1. the fact that how much money I make depends on how well I do my job (its innovative), not an hourly wage. 2. its challenging and you get alot of recognition for being good at what you do. 3. I get to socialize with people and figure out what they like. 4. its glamorous...I LOVE experimenting with hair, makeup and ... 02 Dec 08, 06:12:25
