Exeter: Having trouble with PC Pitstop's add on?
Hi there...for work I need to run the PCPitstop system scan and send it in to my boss...and as it is going through the system scan it gets as far as the 3D video and then an error pops up stating that it is having trouble with the add-on. And I'm not sure what to do...my job depends on it...I need to figure this out! help! Here's what it says:

I recently had a friend swap my spark plugs and wires on my 01 2.2L |Cavalier and starting the other day, my check engine light is on. My friend informed me when he did the job he might have connected the spark plug wires to the incorrect plugs, and I think this may be causing the Cylinder 2 Misfire the computer is reading. Exeter: Microsoft Excel thinking for me, help?
I use microsoft excel at work constantly. About 2 weeks ago it all of the sudden started thinking for me. For example when I highlight something it will just delete it before I even click anything or tell it to do anything with the highlighted area (most of the time I don't want to delete it). It will also do other strange things like unhighlight without me telling it to or unhide things without me telling it to. I know excel does not normally behave like this because it never did before.
