I would like to find a job out of the US for 1-2 years but do not wish to join the military, want to be somewhere safe but do not want to travel for a living. I am not sure what I want to do. I want something interesting, meaningful and a big change.

I lost my job in July 4 months after my second child was born.
I had been working for my cousin for the last 7 years and when I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child I asked if I could work from home because I would not be able to make ends meet for childcare and our bills. Exeter: At what age do you start to consider it 'bad parenting' when I child isn't potty trained yet?
Long story short, my wife and I have been divorced for almost 2 years. The court let her move my daughter 400 miles away from me. I've been paying child support (about $7,000 a year) and I pay about $130 a month in traveling expenses for visitation (about $1,500 a year)

Right can I start by saying please do not send any sarcy comments or insults, as I have been through enough recently without that. Where do I start? I hurt so bad every day with no help from anything. Doctors r getting disgusted with me, but that is there job. I was changed to amplify last week and am worse. What the hell can I do?
