As we all know that many state/city/town agencies have been hiring illegal workers for many of their construction jobs(i.e. the bridge that collapsed in Minnesota) and I am just worried that once the rebuilding start in full force, those who get the most benefit of it won't be U.S. citizens....

Exeter: Temp Job Agency Interviews?
I got this call from a person who works at a temporary job agency, I would be going to an interview this Thursday. I feel great that its one step closer to landing on a job because job searching has been tough for me these few months. I don't know much of about how the agency works, but do they hire directly after the interview or do they mostly send you to other companies and you have to go for a second interview from there? During the interview what do they typically ask of you?

Exeter: How can I get a job handling detection dogs?
I'm finishing up a college degree and work as an intelligence analyst in the Guard. I see the CBP working narcotics dogs in the airports all the time and am very interested in learning more about becoming a handler. I'm not interested in police work but rather DoD gov't. I know I have a lot of options to stay in intel but I'm hoping that that training can help me get involved in a government canine program. Exeter: AMEX canceled my credit card, seemingly for no reason. Cited two credit checks. What can I do?
So I was recently informed that my AMEX card was canceled. They gave me several reasons, but it doesn't really make sense.
They said it's because I haven't had the card for very long, which is true, I've only had the card for 4 months.
The next reason was because I haven't had a long credit history, which is true because I'm a Canadian immigrant and I've only had a social security number for over a year, but I've been building credit the whole time.
The last reason, which they say is the reason that did it was because I recently purchased a car, and the car company checked my credit twice. They said those credit checks are usually ...

Exeter: Recruitment law, is this legal?
I work for an agency of a company (I'm employed by the agency and not the parent company). There is a senior post open which I am going through the selection process for and am at the final interview stage. Things are looking good but I have been told that there is a person that works for the parent company that is desperately wanting the job. He has not had to go through any of the recruiting phases that the other candidates have had to go for. A good source has told me that he and I are the prime candidates for the job. Is this legal?

Exeter: Why did God give me a bully boss,making my job so bad I had to quit it?
Had the boss from 'h-ll'. got to the point i couldnt take anymore and quit. many christian friends advised me that sure God could find another job for me where I would be treated right. Guess what. They were wrong. I am still unemployed plus because i quit i dont have any income. luckily my spouse works. now I feel I have been the fool. I just wish God would have dealt with the person so I wouldnt have had to leave the job. Yes, i called H.R. no help there whatsoever. so what to do now? Here is the situation, about a month ago I applied at a staffing agency for a position as a machinist apprentice. I was actually emailed by the agency to see if I still was looking for work. I said yes, went for a 1st interview and everything went well so they said.
