im going to tryout for a temporary job and was wondering a few things. for a fourteen year old would it be easy trying to put together a christmas tree stand all by hand? And How is it easiest incase they interview and ask about experience?

I'm going to mainland China for Christmas vacation while I'm living in Japan. I'm quite familiar with my rights here in Japan, but I've never lived in China before. I'd like to know if mainland China has any laws against racial discrimination pertaining to things such as restaurants, hotels, and other establishments. My friend I'm visiting actually said, I have to check to see if the hotel offers service to non-mainland Chinese people ... and this worries me. I've been working at my job for just over a year. My fiance applied for a job about a day's drive away to make really good, quick money, just for a year. We recently found out he got the job and his start date is December 29th.

Exeter: What to do about new look and going home for Christmas?
I am 19 yrs old and a guy. I want to get a helix, conch, and an industrial piercing in my ears. I have both of my lobes done already like most ppl do. However, I am not sure what order to go in.
The reason I bring up an order/waiting each out is because I don't want to freak out the family in time for Christmas this yr with the industrial/conch being fresh/still swollen. Exeter: Should I be worried about this contractor?
I hired a contractor to install a fence around my property and paid him for half the job upfront. Three weeks ago, he said he was finishing up another job, but had all of our materials ready and could start in two weeks. Called him again yesterday and now he says he hasn't gotten the materials yet from the fence manufacturer and doesn't know if he will be able to get them before Christmas.
I called him on his lie and he admitted that he had lied. Now I don't trust him even though he says he'll start work on Dec. 16.
Any tips on what to do?...
