Edinburgh: Employer hasn't given me a contract yet (Scotland, UK)?
I recently started a new job and as yet I've not been given a contract to sign. And as ridiculous as it sounds, it also means I'm not 100% sure of how much wages I'll be getting. I asked my actual boss about it all but she can't give me any answers as it's the Council HR department who are dealing with it all. Edinburgh: Bullying problem at work!!! PLEASE HELP!?
Hi Guys, I'd really appreciate it if somebody could please provide me with some helpful advice on my work situation. I've basically been being bullied at work by a colleague of mine who is in way superior to me although they are older. This has been going on for the past year or so on and off. Edinburgh: Regarding Arizonia's illegal immigration law against businesses hiring them ?
Now I wonder whom will come and fill the void of low paying service or construction jobs if & when Arizona's economy starts to pick up again. I bet a lot of 16 year old kids would love to have a stab working at Pollo Chicken for $6.90/hr. to start. I sure would hope so JC! $ 6.90/hr. is the minimum wage in Arizona this year. It gets adjusted annually automatically with whatever the inflation rate is on that year! Sure beats the Uncle Sam's version at least. I live in Arizona too and have seen the effects of the immigration law. Yes I now see fast food places advertising wages starting over $8.00 an hour to start,even in Tucson,where I live....

Edinburgh: constructive dismissal - please help..?
in my last job which i was in for 5 years in the last year the director who i reported to twice used the appraisal process to initiate disciplinary procedures against me without going to HR. This is totally against company policy. I contacted our union who raised a grievance independently. I did not want to because by this time I had been made ill with anxiety (never had it before) and didn't want to aggravate the situation. HR finally (after a year of this) intervened and the director had to drop the process. i resigned making it clear why i was going. however now i am stuffed. Me and my bf been together for over 3 yrs now and we are expecting a baby boy in less then 3 months. Since day one this baby is my joy and pride. I been working full time for a while now while my bf cant seen to keep up a steady job. Edinburgh: My boyfriend has had 8 month affair do I try and stay in joint home or get housed with our ten month old baby?
We have a ten month old baby and are in debt. Our home is in negative equity and has no equity to share if we sell. I am uncertain I can forgive him and have him back. i am now claiming single parent tax credits and work 18.5hrs a week. All our family are up north, we are 6 hr drive away. I worked hard to get my new job, Baby is settled in childcare, dad has had an affair for 8 months. He works away all week. He will pay the mortgage as long as I give impression I want him back. He won't make sure his baby is fed or warm (electric, food) but at least he is in the mind to pay the mortgage for the time being. His bit of stuff lives around the corner!!! Any advice appreciated...
