Dover: What if this were to happen...?
What would you do if these things happened to the world:
-Every book in the world is burned and it becomes illegal to read them or own them.
-Disabilities such as masks, weights and other things were added to beautiful, smart or fast people to make everyone equal.
-The T.V's in our houses took up full walls; sometimes covering all four walls of one room.
-Jobs were assigned to you by the government after taking I.Q tests.
-Uniforms were assigned to everyone; with all clothing covered in ads bought by businesses.
-School's were taught by robots. (not computers or online school at home)
(btw, these were taken by books and movies I've read and watched)... 09 Jan 09, 02:01:55
Dover: Online Degree in Business Management and Marketing?
I am in the process of looking for a school to get my Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing. It seems that there are many great schools out there. But how do I know I am getting enrolled in the right one? What accreditation do I have to look for? And would it be a good idea to get my bachelors online?
For me it would just be easier to do , due to full-time job and children.
Any advice would be greatly appreciate it.... 09 Jan 09, 02:01:01
Dover: without car please help?
HI all
Please try to read and answer my question with consideration.
Currently my husband and I are going through problem which I would like to share with my online friends who I think are very prudent and understanding.
We have been living in canada for 5 years and we have not yet settled. My husband only earns and we do not have sufficient fund to put my son into a full time daycare since I am not working.
One of the major obstacles is we do not have car. Since my husband did accidents we are not allowed to buy cars. Now during the winter time I really feel very sad to take my son outside and walking him on the snowy roads with gusty winds , cause he cried a lot, he is just 4. We are... 09 Jan 09, 02:01:33

Dover: Is my husband trying to be scammed with job offer?
My husband who is layed off is looking for employment. He is a very hard worker and hates sitting around to just collect unemployment. He is a hardwood floor installer. He was given a mans name from a friend of an associate. This man asked him to drive to North Carolina from Michigan for a trial run of his capabilities to put out product and run a crew. He had known my husbands previous employer and was impressed that he had been with the company for many years. He would be a lead man.My husband reported to the job site Monday morning. He was told he would be compensated for gas. He was to stay at a pretty nice hotel which has already been paid for by this man (the company). I called to veri... 09 Jan 09, 01:01:10

Dover: My best friend really bothers me?
I find myself increasingly disrespectful of my best friend of about 8 years. We went to high school together and I value her friendship in its antiquity but there are many things about her that have just started to irritate me: I haven’t said any cruel things or mentioned any of this yet, it’s just something that has been brewing.
-She smokes, I don’t – it gives me headaches and limits the things we can do together
-She complains about her weight and doesn’t do anything about it, I find this very frustrating because I take care of myself and if there is something I don’t like, I make effort to fix it.
-She is becoming more antisocial and I am very outgoing so I find it annoyin... 09 Jan 09, 12:01:19
Dover: Do you think that American universities should be harder to get into?
I am 22 years old and I graduated from college in May. It seems like everyone in this country has gone to college; leaving a surplus of college grads for a deficiency of college-grad jobs and thus driving down wages/salaries for college grads. It seems like anyone can go to college now that we have colleges that are completely online and all of these for-profit colleges (i.e. DeVry, Kaplan University, and ITT Tech) pumping the job market with college grads. Should the US do something to make it harder to graduate from college?... 09 Jan 09, 12:01:34
