Dover: I can't pay my bills - what do I do?
I lost my job back in July 2008 and still have not found a job. I've been applying to tons of places, and even gone to some interviews but no job. I was collecting unemployment but that currently ran out. The thing is now that I have no money coming in at all - I can't pay my bills. I'm currently living with my parents, thankfully they let me stay. But I'm behind my credit card payments. Collection agencies are calling me several times a day and I spoke to them a few times. I tell them the truth = As of right now, I have $2.00 in my pocket. I cant make a payment until I get income coming in. Its not like I dont want to pay you. My phone is also about to be shu...

Been waiting patiently & the last few answers was told 2 weeks but when or what day around the 2 weeks are they aiming to call me & set up an interview. Dover: Are we going through a rough patch or should I get out? No sex, no kissing, not sleeping at night, what to do?
My boyfriend and I have been living together for a month or so and off on during the 10 months we have been together. He lost his job 6 months ago and hasn't been working. He is having a really hard time finding a job and I'm sure is not feeling like much of a man with me paying the rent and the bills. I also lost my job at the same time so we were spending 24/7 together and things were great. We had lots of sex and got along well. Then I went back to work 2 months ago. He totalled his car and is pretty much stuck at home while I'm at work without money or a car. He is angry and mean. Tells me we are just dating and i'm not his girlfriend but I pay the rent an...

Dover: What do I do now - quit job/emotional toll question?
I'm really looking for practical and emotional advice, I don't know how to deal with this situation, on one hand it can look really bad and on the other it may be not as bad as I am perceiving right now... I worked through a temp agency for 6 months at a job I really was very unhappy at. I still came in early, stayed late every day and accepted a lot of unprofessionalism from the higher-ups (in short it was a family business, there was a lot of inconsistencies in directions, no set procedures and consequently I was thrown under the bus often, plus no matter how hard I worked or how I just did what I was told no matter how often it changed, every little thing was nit-picked const...

Dover: Need some advice ?
I applied to red robin as well as my brother. My brother said he'll bring mine because hes going there with his friend. I think I have made a mistake because when we went there he had a small interview and there very interested in him. And told him to call next week. I think that would of happen to me also but now because I didn't show up might hurt my chances of even getting a job there. My question is should I go there like my brother did even tho they already have my application to just should that Im interested in getting a job there? And when I go there what should I say? I'm just really stressed out and I just need so help. Thanks in advance....
