Dover: Didnt qualify for job i wanted..USAF...anything i can do?
I scored pretty low on the asvab 39...i been out of high school since '06...i been in college so i aint take no math class since then, and thats what hurt me a bit...i have 54 college credits and in physical shape, played college and high school ball...
the only jobs i qualified for electrical systems, services, fire protection, security forces, fuels, HVAC, enviromental(whateva that is), and flight engineer...but i would like to do Personeel apprentice...is there any way i can get it besides retesting again....

Dover: what area of civil engineering is best?
I am an internatinal student and a 3rd year civil engineering student. I love all areas of this field and I can not which I want to continue my studies in. I want to go to graduate school. I have internship experience on ashphalt engineering and i am currently working with a professor in soil mechanics. i find water resources, structural, enviromental, geothech...all of them are so interesting...what area will get me more job offers so i can stay in America and what areas are more challenging? what should i study in grad school?...

Dover: Hectic last minute college question: Can I get in?!?
Alright, I'm a senior applying to colleges and I'm just stressing the hell out. here are my stats:
GPA: 94.6 out of 100, unweighted. (So like a 3.9 or a 4.0?)
Race: African American
Intended Major: International Relations
Activities: Did 9 drama shows since 9th grade, getting ready for my tenth. I never really got lead roles, though.
Also active in French Club (Treasurer) National Honor Society (Junior rep last year), School Newspaper (sci-tech editor this year, entertainment in 10th grade), And Literary magazine (associate editor last year) I'm doing Jazz band this year, and trying to start a GSA.
I also sing and play guitar, but I dont have much to show for it.

Dover: High school question?
O.k., so ever since I started school, I used to get straigh A's, no problem. Then, when I entered high school, I got two B's at the end of the year, one in History and one in Honors English. Since I was so used to straight A's for the longest time, I cried and plus I tried so hard that I thought I could pull off straigh A's again. Then, I just got my progress report and I'm taking 4 honors this year, out of a possible 5, but I had a B in history... so wasn't recommended, anyways, I just got my progress report yesterday and I have a C in geometry, and two b's, one b on the verge of a c in an honors class!
