Doncaster: As a custodial parent, can I be extradited back to FL for violation of visitation?
I have a court order stating I cannot leave the county (due to another brilliant unconstitutional Florida law) with my minor children. The non-custodial parent only has visitation. I have lost my job and home. Now I have an opportunity to keep my kids and I alive and well fed in another state with a new job opportunity. If I move despite the county judge's order (remember I am the custodial parent), can I be extradited back to Florida if the non-custodial parent presses charges??? Help!...

I have two questions about an unusual divorce situation. First, What are the chances of the father gaining full custody of his four year old son when he travels 99% of the time for his job (he is only home 1 week out of a month at most)- and his wife does not work at all and is the only one taking care of their son when he is gone?
Second, how long should it take to be finalized ? This is according to PA law, he filed for an at-fault divorce and has provided evidence to prove that his wife cheated on him. Doncaster: Will an open container ticket stay on my record?
I received a $25 ticket for having an open container in public. I wasn't in a vehicle which I believe makes it just a civil violation. Will this remain on any record now that is has been paid? If so, for how long and is there action I can take to have it expunged?
My main concern is whether or not I need to answer yes when asked if I've committed a crime or violation when applying to a government job. Most jobs only ask about felonies but government jobs commonly ask about any law violation. I realize answering yes doesn't disqualify me from the job, but I'd like to avoid answering yes and having to explain if I don&...
