I lost my job back in July 2008 and still have not found a job. I've been applying to tons of places, and even gone to some interviews but no job. I was collecting unemployment but that currently ran out. The thing is now that I have no money coming in at all - I can't pay my bills. I'm currently living with my parents, thankfully they let me stay. But I'm behind my credit card payments. Collection agencies are calling me several times a day and I spoke to them a few times. I'm seventeen and I've been job hunting for a couple of weeks now. I'm mainly looking to be a hostess at a restaurant. Anyway, Outback called me today and requested an interview. This is great... but the other day I had a little mini interview with the manager at Stix and I got along great with him. What do I do if Outback offers me a job and Stix calls me soon after? I'm 16 years old and looking in to getting my first job. A new Best Buy is opening in a little more than a month, and I'm thinking about applying within the next few days.
I need to know what Best Buy's policy on piercings, tattoos, hair color, etc. is. I have my nose pierced, and some pretty wacky hair. I can style it differently while I'm at work, but the color is what I'm really concerned about having to change. I do have bright red streaks in it. I've been wanting to get another tattoo for a while, but I don't know what to get. I already have a kind of tribal butterfly on my back, between my shoulder blades. I want something pretty, but not overly girlie and I wanna get it somewhere that would be easy to hide for future job interviews, etc.

Doncaster: 2 job offers in the same day!??!?
this is unbelievable, I was laid off from my job last april and I could not find another job as an electronic technician. Then I went back to school to get certified as a VB.NET developer. I still could not find any work. Meanwhile, I keep sending out my resumes for help desk, tech work and programming and I finally get some interviews.
Today, 2 of those companies called me and both offered me a job. Now I have to choose.
